Mweb does not even deserve a star. This is day 5 without internet and guess what. On 26 March they debited their subscription amount from my account. Prior to this, I was without internet from 19 to 24 March. They are ways making empty promises of sending a technitian to my pla⁸ce to come and assist. The sad thing is that I use my airtime to call and I sometimes hold on for more than 1hour. MWEB IS WACK. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIRE CLIENTS. THEY JUST INTERESTED IN YOUR MONEY. IN MARCH, I ONLY GOT ACCESS TO THE INTERNET FOR 15DAYS.
First of all, they dont deserve any star. I orderded a Khaki dress on 25 Nov 2023 and I received my order on 13 Dec 2023. I was so shocked when I opened the package. They sent me a khaki overall top with a bottonhole in the middle of no where. The original khaki overall label was removed and they sew in their stupid exito label in the inside of the colar .MY SISTER, DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE ****MERS. THEY WILL CHOW YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND IGNORE YOU LIKE NOTHING. What I know is that DIKELEDI TSA MOTHO GA DI WELE FASE. ELKE HOND KRY SY DAG. THEIR DOM DAG IS COMING
My phone was collected by the courier company on 26 February 2021 for repairs. Today is exactly 2 months and I still dont have my phone. I have been making endless calls to Finrite and they are sending me from Pillar to Post. I spoke to almost everyone in that office (Gcina Ngwane, Sekedi, Tene va Wyk etc) and every time they give me a different story and all of them promise to get back to me. I am frustrated and very angry with the type of service that I am getting. What hurts me most is that EVERY MONTH WITHOUT FAILURE, THEY DEDUCT MONTHLY PREMIUMS FOR THE INSURANCE AND YET THEY ARE FAILING TO GIVE ME ANSWERS OR MY PHONE BACK. Finrite does not care about its customers they are only interested in taking your money and not providing their clients with services. THIS IS TOTALY UNACCEPTABLE!!
Bambo the owner of Perfect Slate is one unreliable person who is quick to chow your money. Once he took money from you and doing a very poor job forget about seeing him again. He does not even answer his phone. He blocked my calls. He is very good is taking your money, very good in making empty promises. FREE ADVISE. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH PERFECT SLATE.
I lodged a complaint on 24.11.2017 regarding an unauthorised debit order on my account. I asked the bank to reverse the money that was taken from my account. I completed the forms, attached the requested documents that the bank said I should furnish them with. Every time I make a follow up as to why am I not getting any help. Am being requested to re-submit the documents again and I am being sent from Pillar to post. No one knows what they are doing. They are playing games with me. Today is 27.12.2017 and im still waiting for a response from the bank. On 22 December 2017 I sent an money via ewallet to a wrong number and I immediately went to the bank to check if the money was not withdrawn. The lady at the bank called the ewallet number and the gentleman who assisted me via telephone confirmed that the money was not withdrawn and that it will be reversed back into my account and it will take 2-3 days. Guess what? Am still waiting. The service that I'm getting from FNB sucks big time. They do not care about their clients. I want answers and my money back
I bought a Velcro waist trainer on 8 October 2015 and paid via Eft. I sent proof of payment to Groupon on the very same day. It's now 18 November and I am still waiting. I made endless telephone calls and sent emails. No one is giving me answers and I am being sent from pillar to post. They were quick to take my money and now they are ignoring me. All I want is my order failure to that I want my money back. They do not care about their customers all that they are interested in is your money. I am so disappointed and very upset with this kind of treatment
