After struggling to find a vet in the area that I’m comfortable with, I’ve found both gents at this practice to be gentle and caring with my aged kitty. Also, unlike some others here, you don’t get told to sit and wait while the consult is done. No way would a parent be expected to wait outside while a doctor worked on their child, why would a vet expect that. Bottom line, in this area I think jukskei park vet is tops
Good day I placed an order online order number MAK24444100 This order had 3 bags of 12.5 kg cake flour AND 3 bags of 12.5kgs bread flour. I was told my order was split in 2....no problem....HOWEVER the cake flour arrived the BREAD FLOUR IS MISSING! According to the courier the waybill number MAK0187200671 which is recorded on your website does not exist! I have phoned EVERY DAY since Thursday and all I get are empty promises from call Centre agents that my order will be tracked and they will phone me back. Yesterday I insisted on a manager and was told all management are in a meeting, they would call me back. LIES! No one returned my call. I went online this morning and TO MY HORROR SAYTHE STARUS OF MY ORDER SAID COMPLETE. ORDER DELIVERED. MORE LIES! I called again this morning to be told that all management are STILL IN A MEETING HOW CONVENIENT! My next step is to lay a charge of theft with the SAPS as I am a pensioner and can’t afford to lay out so much money just to have the stock stolen from me. In the mean time I sit with no bread and no bread flour. Oh and surprise surprise, no one bothers to return my calls Please note that I intend to take this matter to the highest levels as this is disgusting and shocking! I intend to go to the media as well as to the CEO of Massmart. Beyond angry and disappointed Above is a copy of my email which as yet has received no response
<p>Good afternoon. I've been shunted from one branch to another trying to find out where my parcel is. After 50 minutes I'm holding once again. Shocking service! Dawn wing has had my parcel for three days and according to your website was sent out on delivery at 8.30 am. I've been on the phone since 4.30pm trying to find out where my parcel is to no avail. This is not the first time I've had trouble with Dawnwing. </p> <p> </p> <p>I gave up at about 5.30pm. Left messages on Facebook as well as messenger. Got a message this morning asking for tracking number and not heard a word since. SHOCKING service I will in future make sure the companies I buy from off alternate delivery because Dawn Wing is unreliable </p>
I ordered goods from Groupon on the 29th October. It is now the 20th of November and I've not heard a thing from them. If the courier company hadn't contacted me I would still be unaware of the fact that my order was dispatched on the 16th. Here's the thing, although I've used Groupon before, and they have my correct address, they've dispatched my parcel to another province!! When I contacted Groupon to have them rectify the situation all they would do is give the the name of the courier and tell me to contact them. They wouldn't even tell me who I'd actually bought the goods from. And they are not interested in getting the parcel delivered. Surely it's the responsibility of the company I purchased the goods from to see that I get the goods when I'd given them the correct address in the first place? And when I try to speak to the CEO I'm stonewalled. On top of which every time I phone in I have to hold because I'm number 6/7/8 in the queue! Shockingl service!
