I was hit by a car ciming out of parking. It was a shocker for me and all the drama that goes with stuf like that. I was assisted by Me Tsholo Kgwadi refence VFD 3416. She was very kind and made sure i am ok. Immediately assisted me.She is an excellent agent, very profesional and effiecient.

After using Telkom for 38 years, never once skip a payment, after my husband died. I cancell the contract. But i thought they will wait until the end of May cutting the landline and internet. Well done to Mr Matanki Mathebala of customercare@europassistance.co.za going the extra mile to ensure my Ambulance Claim was processed and paid. After a few phone calls discovering that Ambulance Services claims go to a seperate department. I am grateful for following up and make sure it was processed and paid.
