Excellent Profesional Service
I was hit by a car ciming out of parking. It was a shocker for me and all the drama that goes with stuf like that. I was assisted by Me Tsholo Kgwadi refence VFD 3416. She was very kind and made sure i am ok. Immediately assisted me.She is an excellent agent, very profesional and effiecient.

High Standard excellent assistance keuth
I was hit by a car moving out of a parking bay. I immediately contact my Santam Insurence Call Center. I was helped immediately. Tsholo Kgwadi was very help full and making sure i am ok. It was big shock, the accident. Premier Body Work, together with Santam has given me 5 star treatment. Very professionel and excellent service. Integrity and high standard of work was done.

EXCELLENT OUTSTANDING SERVICES
I would like to use this platform, to let the Nelson Mandela Bay residents and rest of South Africa know about the EXCELLENT OUTSTANDING Customer Services Mtn Cape Road Branch offer in Port Elizabeth!!!! My husband had contract with MTN since beginning of cellphones. He passed away last year and estate handled debts outstanding. The Uitenhage MTN branch refuse to help with account queries, so we had to travel to Port Elizabeth after good reference for Cape Road Port Elizabeth. Vuyolwethu Ntshebe of Mtn Cape Road assisted me with lots of empathy and excellence. Sorted everything out. Transfering mobile number on my name. I recommend going to MTN Cape Road Branch. Where people get treated profesional and with great EXcellence. Friendly Extra Milers like the good old days.. When integrity and Customer Service was part of any business highest accloades. Mr Mthoheli Ntleki his Supervisor can be proud of this branch staff. They are excellent.

Excellent service received from Joel Stephens at Istore Walmer Port Elizabeth. He walk the extra mile, assisting me, setting up my new device. In my years dealing with Business people, patients, practices all walk of life, i know when the person i am dealing with are just doing a job or if it is their passion serving. Excellent Customer Service
After using Telkom for 38 years, never once skip a payment, after my husband died. I cancell the contract. But i thought they will wait until the end of May cutting the landline and internet. I felt like someone alone on earth. My prayer warrior friend told about mweb. What excellent people and service excellence. They are comunicating every step of the way. Not a non existent client service as Telkom has. My friend told me they are walking the extra mile and i am experiencing it for myself. Well done Mweb team

Excellent Exceptional Servuce
I want to complement Heine from AVBOB Caledonstreet Uitenhage Branch for his super quick response, when my husband of 38 years passed away in his sleep at our home. In a time of immense shock, his empathy integrity and extra mile means a lot to me and Eugene. Fast efficient response to query
Well done to Mr Matanki Mathebala of customercare@europassistance.co.za going the extra mile to ensure my Ambulance Claim was processed and paid. After a few phone calls discovering that Ambulance Services claims go to a seperate department. I am grateful for following up and make sure it was processed and paid. I am grateful of my Bonitas family for walking extra mile after I suddenly was admitted in the hospital.
