I am so disgusted with Luvuyo’s empty promises. I have never missed a premium, submitted my claim on January this year. No communication whatsoever from their side. I have to pay people back their money. They are forever getting back to me but nothing is happening. I just want my claim to paid is that too much to ask?
Bad Service ever, no communication at all. I booked a bus for my nephew it was supposed to arrive at 19h35 on June 16, 23 at Bellville to East London it arrived 3 hours later. As I am writing this review the bus has been stuck at De Doorns there's no communication whatsoever. The phob numbers on Google they are not going through and there's no office at Bellville so I don't know what to do. I will never ever book and recommend that bus company to anyone. I am livid. We were waiting in the rain there's no shelter it was very cold and windy. On January this year I booked the very same bus it came late as usual and to our surprise the bus didn't have a window it was brocken I had flue for two full weeks due to that incident.
