I’ve been waiting for delivery of a package for over a month. I’ve already paid customs duty on 26th AUGUST and still no delivery. I’ve spoken to a few agents and they all give me a different story. I’ve been told the package is lost, still in customs, going to be delivered but yet nothing for weeks. I’ve called endlessly and either been on hold forever, my call being cut or speaking to agents with no clue of what’s happening. The service is beyond poor and the staff are so ***********. Terrible service quite frankly. I also see they don’t respond to this platform either, goes to show just amazing they are NOT!!!!!
I have been making several calls over the last few months to enquire how to get back funds/refund that was ********ly being deducted from my late father's bank account for contributions after his death. It has now been two years after his passing and I'm still struggling to get the money of about R30000 returned to my mother. I last spoke to the supervisor, in the membership and contributions department by the name of Dumisani in last week who assured me that he'll send me in black and white all the relevant documents to get the money returned, to date I have still received zilch. I'm so fed up with all the different stories that the consultants have in regards to the procedure to follow to get a refund...
My rating is purely for service and not the product itself, as the product is excellent. I recently purchased a pair of sunglasses which was on sale from this supplier on Cyber Monday. When i received the product I realized the colour was not what I expected. I then contacted the sales person a day later to ask for an exchange for a pair in the same price range just a different colour. The lady called Melissa then explained she can refund me and if I want the pair that's a different colour I must pay full price. I then explained that doesn't make sense as the pair I want to exchange it for was also on sale for the exact same price. She went on the say that the sale is over and that all merchandise is full price. I was really disappointed with the service as I cannot understand what is the issue. From a business perspective it doesn't make sense, as they will still get the sale, as I don't want a refund. If price is the issue then my sunglasses are also full price value now too... So in essence a exchange can be done as my sunglasses are also full price and the same value as the one I want it exchanged for.

I had submitted a funeral policy claim on the 20th July 2021, which subsequently only paid out last week, more than three weeks to date from submission of all the required documentation. To top it off, to have only have an eight paid out of what was promised. I was told a payment of over R9000, will be paid out, of which only R1200 was paid, is this a joke? That’s merely petrol for the he****! I need immediate clarity to what is going on. This is a company that supposedly prides itself in paying out claims in 48 hours and having people’s best interests at heart, in the time of bereavement… What a crock!
