I am a second year Bcom Law student at Regent. My results are now withheld stating that i am in arears. I make my monthly payments and even sent the proof of payments just to show them so that they can release my results. Re-registration is closing today and I don't even know if I have to re-register. The accounts department just do not respond to mails. They are quick to send statements but not to reply to queries. Vey poor business ethics.
Never buy a vehicle from this dealer. They sell faulty or damaged vehicles which was said to be faultless and in excellent condition. Then you as buyer have to drive up and down for repairs which they never do, only coverups and expect you to drive an undrivable vehicle back to them for more or the same repairs. Received my car back from repairs with open wires hanging under the dash, Leaking windshield....the list goes on... The vehicle was advertised with 181000km on the speedometer. It now has over 185000km and we only drove the vehicle for two weeks 20km a day. The rest of the time the car was in for repairs. This is not how you want to spend R140 000-00. Very poor service.
The sales team was very quick to assist in getting the deal done. Upon taking delivery we noticed some problems with the vehicle. We took the vehicle to the agents for diagnostics and found a large list of repairs needed to be done one of being a damaged fan belt which was said to have been repaired before i took the vehicle. the list of faults is as follow: Windscreen to be removed and re-sealed Heater popentio meter to be replaced Fanbelt to be replaced – Critical Brake pad sensors faulty Park distance control and sensors to be replaced Wiring to be checked by an auto electrician. Front brake discs and pads to be replaced Rear gearbox mounting to be replaced EGR valve to be replaced Front brake sensors to be replaced The sales team then requested i drive the vehicle as is to them to repair. After numerous discussions they eventually collected the vehicle after we had it for a week and couldn't even use it during that time. The vehicle is now there for a week and not getting any feedback from the dealership regarding progress of repairs. I would not recommend this dealership. I have now reported the dealership to the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa. At this stage its best to refund me instead of struggling any further with this dealership
This message is for all who wish to study through Intec College. Please dont. They are only in the business for money and do not care about students. I enrolled for a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. The consultant and a principle explained to me that the qualification is exactly the same as those from a TVET College and should be accepted for a B degree afterwards. All false information. During my studies i failed a few subjects and eventually got suspicious. Surely i can not keep failing the same subject over and over again with putting in all the hours so i asked for my marked scripts to see my mistakes and work on them. They refused point blank. Till today three years later, i am still struggling with this clownish institution, sending me inaccurate statements, marking only half my paper, sitting in an exam and only receive my paper an hour after the rest of the class, being promised weekly that the problems will be resolved and nothing happens. I now requested a full refund and am waiting for a response. I think i will wait for another year. I even mailed the CEO. I Dont think i will get a response. An organisational culture usually starts at the top . I will not stop till Intec change their attitude towards student and rather build the country through education and not steal from poor students by lying to them just to get them enrolled and then forget about them.
Debt Rescue claims ( Pay what you can afford) An absolute false statement. I approached them about two months ago. We went back and forth with my assessment process. I gave them my budget and amounts i thought were accurate regarding my debt. In turn they used the amount i estimated exactly and built their assessment. I then retrieved my own trans-union report and found that they are out with thousands. They also adjusted my grocery expense to make more money available for debt. How can you take someones food to pay debt. How am i suppose to provide for four children and a wife. I am the only breadwinner at home. I was then told that i must stop living an extravagant life and adapt. The grocery budget supplied was actually too low as i forgot to include bread and milk for a month. How can debt rescue have people working their that judges clients and make bad decisions like that. Thanks Brendan Morgan (New Business Consultant) for your bad service. Please adjust your adds to fit your actual service.
My line is being suspended every month. Cell C claims they can not find my payments then after shouting and fighting they suddenly find it. Now i have been without connection for three days and cell c just don't respond. I have sent them all my proof of payments since i started the contract and still they choose not to respond but rather sending another message that i am in arrears. My recent incident number is 180 ********** 23. I have been a cell c customer for many years and this is the first time i am experiencing this ****py service and it seems that they are just getting worse. I am using the exact same payment method i have been using for years. One month i learned that they are suddenly charging me for itemized billing which i did not request, so the call center agent recommended i sort this out with the store. Eventually they credited me for some of the months but not for all. They just do not give a damn. I have proof of every single payment made to cell c but still the account department can not resolve this issue. Cell C please employ competent people in that department. This department is dragging cell c under and your reputation with it. Is there anyone who can recommend legal advise on this matter?
After agreeing to have my swimming pool repaired the contactor said that the job will be done in two days. It took three weeks. He was supposed to repair my pool pump with failed after the first hour of use and I had to buy a new and install myself. He takes no responsibility and demands full payment. He had to drain my pool twice for his team being negligent and not testing the system before closing with paving and they then discovered a leak in the system. Since they started everything seemed to brake and I just have to repair. Please I warn everybody looking at pool repairs. Find a professional! !!!!
