Trevor contacted me with an offer to list my property on multiple sites for R300 after I listed it on Private Property. Even before I'd paid Trevor I received a message from an unknown number saying they saw my property on Property24, which I thought strange as I had not paid yet. When I checked the number this was the same number as listed on the 4 U Top Marketing website. This is a ****.
6 Days without email due to a technical issue on RSAWEB's side. 12 calls to the call centre in total, averaging 20 minutes per call. All twelve agents promised to call back - not a single call back or explanation. Asked for the issue to be escalated - still waiting for feedback. Asked to talk to a supervisor, and was told they will call me - still waiting. Avoid RSAWEB if possible as their customer service is appaling.
Woodstock branch. Great service. Friendly bunch of guys. Always ready to help.
I would like to commend the Momentum Insure team (Aabiedah Leggett and Beatrice Smith) for the friendly and efficient service with our recent claim. Nothing is too much trouble for these ladies, and they were super-efficient throughout the process. Having to deal with the frustrations of the situation we found ourselves in was made so much more bearable by their support.
Gert approached me after installing a new gate for me, and asked whether he could stay in a house that I was in the process of renovating as he had to leave his previous accommodation at short notice (it transpired that the previous landlord had to get a court order and have him evicted by the Sheriff, but this was not disclosed at the time). We agreed that he could stay in the house for free, and in exchange help with odd jobs around the house. Shortly after he moved in his tools were stolen, and I loaned him my power tools so he could carry on with his work. Over a period of time he reneged on several agreements, and eventually I gave him a month's notice to vacate the house. At that time he claimed the tools that I had lent him had also been stolen, and refused to replace them. During this period a power saw of one of my sub-contractors disappeared, and despite asking Gert whether he knew anything about the saw he denied having it. Upon visiting his workshop I found the saw hidden in a box, and returned it to the contractor. At that stage he also threatened me with a court order if I did not allow him to stay on in the house. Avoid having anything to do with him at all costs!
