Part two of my issue with Infinite Auto Gezina: This is a conversation from "management" and myself THROUGH a sales rep. Their message: "Good day, We understand your frustration, but meeting your expectations is impossible. You bought a second-hand vehicle and expected it to be new. It's not possible to find a middle ground at this stage, so we invite you to our offices for a friendly discussion to explore some possible outcomes. We've been in business for many years and take pride in our vehicles and their condition. We don't buy vehicles in poor condition, definitely not accident damaged and we ensure that proper condition checks are carried out. We find your reviews on social media is mostly untrue and holds no water.. Making false statements about us only makes it harder for us to help you, and your threats have no substance. We don't have loan vehicles available, but we've always been willing to help and still are. Please let us know when you can come in to discuss the vehicle and our current situation. We suggest meeting on Friday morning at 9:30. Please let us know if that works for you." As per I as the client need to run around after the Dealership. My response: "To whom it may concern. My family has been in the automotive industry for years, decades in fact. WE are not new to this industry and have never been exposed to a dealership such as yourselves. From your sales team, to your management nothing I as the client have been fed has been the truth. Instead of rectifying an issue, you as Infinite Auto choose to take the cheap and quick route out of fixing a vehicle that was dually noted by your Sales Representative, Riana, as well as her written confirmation that Kyle and Kimon are both aware of the issues that were never disclosed to me as the client until noted by myself and my father and that needed to be fixed BY Infinite Auto. Regarding an accident damaged vehicle, I would like both Kyle and Kimon to explain we my car was resprayed (poorly at that). I would like an answer as to why I was mislead and told the car had never seen a panel beater, I would like to know why I was mislead that the vehicles have 1 working hologram and that is factory fitted? (side mirror not being replaced with a factory standard mirror) This has all been confirmed by Mini Cooper South Africa. I would like to know why the roof was originally wrapped by your dealership before sale? Why with so much experience in the automotive industry would you EVER, and I mean EVER suggest to respray my roof? Proves to me that you guys know nothing, if you did you would never suggest this as it would SEVERELY depreciate the value of my vehicle, but that would not negatively impact you as a dealership as it would me, and that is your take on customer care and aftersales. Regarding the repairs that were meant to be carried out by yourselves @ Infinite Auto, why did your dealership have my vehicle for a sum total of 13 days and the rim was fixed and my headlight trims SUPERGLUED on my vehicle? I had to then explain to Mini Cooper SA what you had done and get them to rectify this issue out of my own pocket, to which you should have paid. Apparently the dents COULD NOT be removed? My roof was supposedly wrapped twice over, yet the colour could still not be matched and the wrap started peeling a week after it was done? I would also like to know what “professional” cut my roof rubber 3 times around the vehicle? After reading this, I truly hope you as a dealership take full accountability for your actions. I will most definitely not be driving back to Pretoria to meet you, as I have work, and this quite frankly is not my issue to fix as your dealership noted and signed on what you needed to fix. Not once have any of you tried to personally reach out to me albeit the one message I got from Kyle wanting to call me, which I accepted and never received a call despite trying to call Kyle 4 times as recorded. Guys, you are all pulling the mick, please do not undermine my knowledge in the industry, the most disrespectful thing you can do. I owe you as Infinite Auto nothing, however when you flip the table, Infinite Auto owes me for not fulfilling the agreement made by BOTH parties. This issue needs to now be sorted, I suggest either Kyle or Kimon calls me, I will get my cost pricing done at *disclosed information* and not charge you full retail as I previously did. Not that your dealership deserves it, but I want this over with. Thanks again." Will await a response.
This is my second review on here as I was begged to delete the first one & promised that all my issues would be rectified shortly after deleting my review. This dealership sold me a vehicle, 2018 Mini Cooper S 3dr Upon delivery we had noticed the following issues: 1. Roof was wrapped to hide dents on the roof 2. Roof wrap did not match the accent colour of the vehicle (looked like it was sent to some backdoor "vendor" as Infinite Auto likes to call them, meanwhile it's owned by a relative to Infinite auto) 3. Dents on the bonnet of the vehicle 4. Dents on the driver and passenger doors. 5. Boot shocks were not gassed and resulted in a boot that was slammed shut almost always 6. Rim was cosmetically damaged due to curb rash 7. Chips on the windscreen. Upon delivery our sales rep promise that all of these issues would be sorted, and I need not worry. Driving home from collecting my car I tried to call someone only to find out that the microphone in the car does not work. I immediately told my sales rep and they said they would look into it. Arriving home I had noticed that the stock standard Factory side mirror holograms only worked on the drivers side, this led me to believe that the original was replaced due to some sort of accident. I had messaged my sales rep regarding any info on accident damages and the short answer was that the vehicle had never seen a spray shop and parts were not replaced on it. I believed them. I asked that this be replaced, and it was always "Let me chat to Kyle or Kimon and get back to you". I then found that the headlight trims had broken clips and needed to be replaced, I also informed my sales rep about those, to which she said she has ordered them and I just need to collect them from my nearest MINI. I then asked when my dents, rim damage and roof wrap will be sorted, I got told to bring my vehicle in for the day and everything will be done while I wait, made the trip, during the week from Johannesburg to Pretoria, spent 9 hours wandering PTA in an uber, only to come back and my roof hadn't been touched, all the dents were still there, the mic had not been looked at and Hologram was dismissed as they felt they did not need to revert the vehicle back to factory fitted, and the headlight trims seemed to be stuck on with superglue, resulting in my bonnet paint peeling on the inside of the fitment area. On some sort of a bright side my rim was re CNCed and looked new. I then drove all the way back, after missing work for absolutely no reason as nothing but the rim was done in 9 HOURS! I was INCREDIBLY unhappy. Fast forward 2 weeks, It was December and I told them to come collect my car while I was away so they could fix everything, giving them a 2 week working window, they declined and said they wouldn't be able to do anything over December, yet are open all year? Fast forward to end of March of this year, I tell my sales rep that I will be away for a further 10 days and they must collect my vehicle, to which they rep**** "all of our drivers are sick, please drop it off" I then got my driver to drop the vehicle off early morning on the 26th of March 2024 and to collect the vehicle on the 3rd of April 2024, they delayed him upon collection and still delivered a car with all the same issues as before. This is the message I got "Morning tyla just update . maggs done wrapping was done . this morning when they removed the dents it affected the new wrapping so we remov3ed the wrapping and they busy with the last few dents. we then sending it back to the wrapping to be made nice" followed by "could i please ask if its possible for your driver to come a little later perhaps 3.30 would be better as they will be wrapping the roof again" and then "Hi tyla they did remove all the dents they were able to. the one on the door didn't come out and 2 on the roof ." The only thing that my car was returned with was Infinite Auto Branding, very cheeky of them! I posted a hello peter review got begged to remove it and they would fix my car at a REPUTABLE detailing centre "Morning Tyla , can I ask you to remove the Hello peter post and I promise to sort out the payment for you once its done .. though we deserve it im asking you from my side as it affects my pay in a huge way for my ce.. I know its allot to ask but im asking you to trust that I will sort it out for you and I will make sure they know and that this never happens again . I have no right to ask you this but im asking for me and though I don't deserve it either I should have fought harder im asking you to trust me one last time and I promise to make sure you are sorted out" I have now gotten to the final straw, they wanted to SPRAY my roof??? I'M SORRY? WHAT?! This all boils down to a dealership who sells cars that are accident damaged ( I have proof of a R25 000.00 job card paid by insurance on my VIN number, as well as a bad respray job that I picked up and addressed with them before February 2024 ). This explains the broken clips, missing original side mirror with hologram and bad respray job. As of today these problems are still present: 1. Roof wrap doesn't match the car. 2. They cut my roof rubber installing the roof wrap 3. Mic still doesn't work 4. Mini replaced my headlight trims after they were glued on by Infinite Auto 5. Dents are still VERY MUCH present after being "removed" by Infinite Auto 6. Left Side mirror is still not original 7. Chips on windscreen ( not from me but from Infinite) 8. Boot shocks are still the same I have requested that the deal be retracted as I am tired of dealing with the lies from Sales Rep and Kyle. I have never spoken to Kimon. Just don't buy from this dealership, I have had to inform my lawyers, Wesbank as well as the Ombudsman, I will have this deal retracted and take my money to a REPUTABLE dealer. Infinite Auto? Infinite Problems! A sad sad day.
Buying my first car, has been nothing but absolute hassles with Infinite Auto Gezina. I made the purchase of a Mini Cooper S, where I was promised that there were no faults on the vehicle. Upon inspection and purchasing my Mini, I noticed the roof has been wrapped, the hail damaged was rather intense, the rear left rim was horribly scratched and the roof wrap didn’t even match the rest of the gloss trims on the vehicle. I was promised by my saleswoman that the following would be fixed : - ALL Dents on the vehicle - Left rear rim - The roof would be wrapped in the right finish After owning the vehicle for more than 2 weeks, a few more things came to my attention, the mic wasn’t working, the headlight trims were hanging on by one clip, the gear selector chrome was peeling etc. I brought this to Infinite Autos attention, and they very quickly disregarded the mic and the gear selector chrome, saying I would have to claim that from warranty. I was then told to take the car to them for a day and everything else would be sorted. 5 December 2023, Infinite Auto had my car for 9 hours, nothing was fixed but the roof had been wrapped, and in the wrapping process they had torn and cut the rubber seal around the roof, and it still wasn’t factory spec, as promised, nor was it properly done. I spoke to my saleswoman and made an arrangement for my car to be dropped off from the 26th of March, to the 3rd of April. 9 days later, my roof had been wrapped in yet again the wrong gloss colour, the dents are ALL still there, another cut to the roof rubber was made, the chips in my windscreen are still there, the headlight trims were GLUED on which according to Mini has damaged my paint, my car was returned as dirty as anything. Also found out that my car was involved in an accident, but as per Infinite Auto “the car had never seen a Panelbeater”. R25 000 insurance claim, this then also proves the dripping dry pain on the left fender, and the missing hologram on my car. I’m super upset by this, my first car, on my own. All I have been fed by infinite auto is lies. Don’t buy a car from them 🙏 (They also put their branding on my car after their latest stint, it was never there before. Cheeky)
Super easy, changed over from MWEB who was charging me almost double for the same service. To my surprise I am actually getting the speeds I am paying for. Would 100% recommend!
This company deserves NO stars. Being billed for a service that they cannot provide - I advise you stay far away. Just had to get a RAIN device who is charging me far less for a faster speed & I'm actually seeing the results. Wouldn't be surprised if MWEB and ANC are working together. You pay for something nonexistent.
I wish I could write a 10 star review. My 2nd claim with Naked was as seamless as the first. The customer service received from Sarah Oeschger and Dylan Bossenger was out of this world! Phone fell into my soapy dishwater, took it for an assessment at Platinum Repairs and unfortunately the phone was not salvageable, IN A DAY I have my voucher ready and I am on my way to the iStore to purchase my new device. Naked Insurance, you have a phenomenal team. I will never in a million years use any other insurer. Keep doing what you are doing, because it is FANF@#KINGTASTIC!
I get hounded for deposit on a vehicle, we pay deposit and delivery is delayed again?? If you are buying a urgent work vehicle from MMM, I’d suggest not.
Lezanne promptly helped me get a buyer out to evaluate my car! Juan came to buy my car, his service was impeccable! He came with a smile on his face and made me feel super confident in choosing Mit Mak Motors to purchase my vehicle! 7th car sold to Mit Mak, and I CANNOT complain! Well done to Juan and Lezanne! I will most definitely be using your service again! I have already loaded another vehicle to sell :D
You buy a car from them, they charge you license and Reg, yet tell you that you need to do everything in your own capacity and they will just refund you as you supply the invoice. I am down R3800.00 because I had to not only do a disc for myself but they didn’t even put the car in my name! I had to print new plates. I have been trying to find out where my money is since Monday and the staff is so relaxed about my issue. I suggest this is sorted before 12PM today Mit Mak Motors.
Rather grossed out - bakers bring out the fresh pastries and what seems to be the manager keeps on grabbing the baked good with bare unwashed hands picking and choosing which looks best for him to nibble on. As for the Soul Souvlaki here - no atmosphere, non friendly staff - utterly disappointed!
