Takealot, today is my sons birthday. I bought goods online and expected it in all hopes to be here today for his birthday. I have no extra cash for other toys. Just wanted to thank you for your making a 3 years day absolutely shht with no toys to open. You keep on moving the date further and further. I want to cancel my order but the web is not that user friendly where i can find a link to cancel my order and refund.
Great place for kiddies to visit and families to take a hike or just sit around and enjoy the tranquility of nature it self. Great friendly staff. Love it.
Had a few bad experiences with Mr price over time. Now this one I don't get, due to covid my account went into default. I paid it all back up and was not allowed to use the account. Still I have a credit balance of R1 open and accumulate account fees every month because the account was not closed. Is this Mr price way of business??? It's un ethical business practice you won't allow me to use the account to buy but you keep it open for your own personal gains? All accounts that goes into default and been paid up should be restored or closed not kept open with a R1 credit allowance just to get the other fees. Very bad Mr price. I will not at all cost ever use any of your stores again. There is other clothing outlets, you unfortunately lost a whole family as a customer.
Most pathetic place ever. Stood over 15 min to be attended by no one. You can see the employee's all over the place walking around but no service what so ever. Will not recommend to go fill up there. No one is willing to help.
I must say, I have never experienced service like discovery medical aid. Hands down the best medical aid I have ever been with. Real value for money. I wil not ever change to any one els. Keep up the grate work guys.
I drove thru a pot hole (+-2.5m/w - 1.5m/l) over easter weekend this year 2015. I drive a little atos, it was loaded with camping gear. I went thru at around 100km/h bouncing around almost rolling. Damage was done on front bumper, rear arch, and more. The car was assed by j.p from vds not a assesor from netassess. Only the bumper was said to be fixed - after a long argument they agreed to fix the arch aswell as a favour witch is not a favour. The car swirved around on the road after that. I complained about it nothing was done. I had to phone after momentum the hole time as they dont respond to most of my emails and dont call back only if reqeusted by me for answers. It was poorly fixed by ff i complained and had get the car assed again by an assesor from net asses. I ask a copy of the report, they did not add the arch but stated to check why it swervs. I replaced the back shoks in dec 2014. They took it to be checked and the back shoks was damaged. To me that is why the arch bends because the shoks and so on was not repaired as it was seposed to be. Now i am told it was repaired i must lodge a new claim. They did not fix it in the first place. Twice the paint collor was wrong.
