The owner, Marvelous (or Mave) is good for nothing but lying and stealing people's hard-earned money. I paid him R6500 for a service that was never rendered and delivered as promised - and this was in 2018. Still today, the owner is still giving the runaround for my refund. So tired of running after him because after reading reviews, I realised he's just a scammer. The business looks legit with fancy offices, but it's built of people's stolen money for no service in return. I don't even want to mention their communication efforts, very terrible. I wouldn't recommend them for any service because you'll just be applying for unnecessary stress and losing your hard-earned money. It's 2021 today and my R6500 is gone with no service at all.
I tried filling up my vehicle with R200 petrol but there was load shedding at the time. The petrol attendance insisted on filling in the petrol in my car and but only went far as filling R192. And then the weird thing happened, when I was about to leave the garage (BP Kew), I noticed my petrol gauge has not moved up. I didn't drive away from the garage, I called the guy (petrol attendance) to show what just happened. They guy didn't want to help or even hear my story. He even accused me of suspecting him of stealing. He then told me to go get my recipe from the tellers, though he was the one helping me out. I spoke to his supervisor by the name of Tshepo. He told me straight, there's nothing he can do to help me out. Though I didn't even drive away from the garage. He didn't want to hear my story - nothing. He gave me a number to BP help desk to sort out the issue, he didn't want to sort it out at hand (stupid strategy). I called the number, but it was for maintenance only, they don't deal with customer queries. I wasn't fighting with the garage, I was only trying to get my money's worth of petrol, but no, the managers of that BP wasn't interested. I even spoke to the manager of the garage (Philip Kekana) but then he called the 24/7 security guys for me, though he wasn't even at the garage to assess and solve the situation. Owner of the garage didn't even bother to come, it's just a R200 dispute to them I guess. So, I'm writing this review out of disappointment and anger of the service I got from BP in Kew. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone. I've been using them for the past 2 months but yoh! their service is sh*t. I paid them with my hard earned money and got no value in return. No more BP Garage for me anymore!!
Since yesterday. I've been receiving emails from WebAfrica's Legal Team indicating they've handed my details to their debt whoever who will in turn affect my credit profile. Look: I never joined WebAfrica, i don't like it. When they bought over JCW Hosting, what's when most of moved to them. it didn't take them long. A few months after buying JCW Hosting, they moved all our domains and hosting services to Gridhost, now, their baby company. They're never available take phone calls, they take 3-4 days to respond to emails. But we had to deal with them, as i've mentioned the history trail. I've got no outstanding invoice with their baby company (Gridhost), no outstanding fees however this legal people keeps sending me emails, containing the same domains i've handled with Gridhost. I've requested domains and hosting to be cancelled, they still have them on their list. Sh*t don't make no sense. I will not pay the amount of services i'm no longer using.
I applied for a R249pm 5g internet data contract on the 26th Oct, did not use it much because i spend a lot of time at work, come November month end, they bill me R2573 saying i had an overdue in October, first of all they didn't explain how it works, how to check the data usage, its very difficult to check anyway, so they're basically telling me i paid R2573 for four days and i still have a 2 years ahead with this guys, please if you can Hello Peter, shut this company down because it's stealing poor people's money which they worked hard for without any consent, their service is poor, don't appreciate their customers, their data bundles run like they set it to double whenever using the dongle, this is my last business i'm giving to them, they're a shitty company and they can deal with that.
