I bought i Citroen C3 1.2T Max feom West Vaal Paarl on 16 September 2025. The service has exceeded excellent. Muller the sales executive listened to exactly what i wanted and kept me up to date. Alicia only got the approval terms i asked for and explained everything with no rush. She takes her time to make a customer not just feel like a number. Charl their work shop manager even helped to answer all the technical questions and There Sales manager also makes a person feel welcome. I would suggest anyone to rather take a drive and deal with West Vaal Paarl. You will not get anywhere els better service
ENHLE THELA was the person from outsurance who helped me with my claim. She was super friendly and understanding. She even tried to give me options to make my life easier without me asking for other options. The claim was also handled fast. People like ENHLE THELA are the reason i stay at outsurance. I do hope she gets a good pay increase this year and bonus
Good day<br> <br> Just to show everybody how terrible cell c is. This is my 3 hello peter post of terrible feedback. The 1ste 1 someone phoned and said il comeback to me still waiting 2 weeks later. The second post on the 17 December cell c comment they will get someone to get in touch with me a week later still waiting. Cell C lie to get you on a contract once you sign and query the lie they ignore you and keep taking your money. PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM CELL C NO SIGNAL NO AFTER SALE SERVICE!!! I been complaining from day 5 in my contract and as CPA law states im in title to ask for a cancellation as i have given more than enough time to et this fixed!!!!
People never ever take a cell c contract ever i regret my upgrade. I upgrade to the Samsung galaxy note 5. I asked a few consultants that i hear the bis for R99 then you get 2gig of data works on android. The consultants all said yes it will. 1st he lied about doing a sim swop on that Saturday so i had to leave work early use my own fuel to go correct it then after words i found out bis will not work reported it on the 17 November then they said they will follow up didn't hear anything back. I also complaint last week Wednesday on hello peter got a call back the Thursday and the lady said she will sort it out it a week later still waiting. This has been going on for a month already cell c after sale service is wors than there signal. Stay away from SA worst network ever.
Good day<br> <br> I use to live cell c and told everyone to take cell c but with my last upgrade i heard that the blackberry service plan for R99 p/m for 2GIG work on android and ask n few consultant's if it's true they all said yes. I also asked on the day of the upgrade otherwise i would not have gone with an epic package. The consultant did activate it on my contract but i never got the 2GIG phoned customer care they said it won't work. And i also had to go back as he never did they sim swop although he said he did. I was lied to and there for want to cancel my upgrade. I did log the complaint in the same week was said a area manager will phone me almost a month later no phone call. Im still in the 6 months of cpa amd was given falls information there for cell c is in breach of contract and i am in my rights to cancel contract.
