Excellent food, excellent waiter service. All around just a wonderful experience. The ambience is great.
I received my order and on my way to front door my glass bottle of extra virgin olive oil fell out and broke. I have messaged them to say that the bag was wet and broken which meant somewhere this bag tore and now I had to carry this cost for the expensive oil. I message immediately with pictures on 25 August and no response.
this is not my general experience but yesterday after i placed my order, the driver refused to deliver (due to one of his colleagues being robbed in the area). i tried to explain to him that this is a big area and he cannot just assume its the same here. I was asked to meet him at a point to collect, this is unacceptable. I have complaint and later just received a message that my order was cancelled as no one was home. No explanation. I dont think was refunded yet either. I will definitely be deleting this app from my phone
hi, i have finished this account but every month they still deducting small amounts. I spoke to one of their online consultants and he said it was interest on arrears, but i am up to date now and no payment will go off any longer. I just received sms that they have loaded another debit order od R159. Surely all these conversations are recorded? I want them to close this account as i will never do business with them again. Please make them stop as they have also blacklisted me. I feel if i dont do something these payments are not going to stop. I will take this further if i have to as this is my money they are now stealing...
