Pathetic Service - Ram Courier - Klerksdorp
My parcel is stuck at the Ram Klerksdorp hub for more than a day. This is not the first time. I don't know why Vodacom continues to use this courier because their service is pathetic. Is it because they are BBBEE. In the end it will also have anegative effect on Vodacom. My suggestion to Vodacom is to move to another courier.

Pathetic Business!
With so many bad reviews, it is time to put these pathetic company out of business. We should all start to boycot them. Buy elsewhere. My experience is no different from the other reviewers. They are using the covid-19 situation as an excuse for their poor service. They do not answer e-mails or attend to any complaint. They took my money online for a product they had no stock and yet advertised. Stay away people!

No assistance.
Since Friday 2015/12/11 I am trying to speak to an agent. I am constantly placed on hold. At one stage I waited for more than an hour and still no response. I need my ADSL line to be moved to the Telkom Wholesale Holding Pool in order for Afrihost to take migrate. I even tried Telkom Chat on the web site and still no assistance. I need this to be resolved urgently as Afrihost is waiting for this in order to activate their service.
