********** experience dealing with Fgro Red delaying the cancelation of my car insurance even though I logged my request way before the next debit order date. The delay is clearly to ensure that I am debited even when I have clearly stated that I am no longer interested in the cover. I have been waiting days on end for their cancelation department to get back to me. The service extended to me or lack there of is clearly *********. Think twice before involving yourself with this organization.
Bad experience with Apartment Box who held R2000 from my deposit refund for municipal billing to be paid back into my account 3 months after moving from their unit. After the stated 03 months period the amount has not been paid back even after countless enquiries as each time I call their offices I am not given a straight answer or either the accounts person is not in, with promises of him returning my call which never happens. Throughout my year of renting their unit, my rental payments were up to date. However, I am now being given the run around for my money. Absolutely appalling experience and I would advise anyone against renting units managed by this company.
Rented a vehicle at the Woodford Car hire in Pietermaritzberg and was assisted by Karen Sokhela. Commendable service that made my stressful day a lot more palettable. Really impressed with the warmth received at the shop! Keep it up
Reported the debiting of my account after contract cancelation on the 12th Jan 2024 with the company promising to investigate my issue. To date, my funds have not been reimbursed despite numerous communications on the Pineapple APP. Noo feedback and lack of closing out on customer issues.
Cancelling a Pineapple insurance cover has proven difficult to impossible. There is no clear way contacting them. The website does not have a call center number, my new insurer reached out to them providing the canceling letter but I was still debited for a cover I no longer need. Last communication received was an automated Bot message promising to get back to me and yet nothing to date. If you wanna pay indefinitely for cover you no longer need, take a Pine apple cover.
Recently switched car insurance to Discovery Insure, only to be in an unfortunate case where my vehicle was hit by another vehicle while parked at a fuel station. Mind you, this was just days after my switch to Discovery Insure, however, I was pleasantly surprised when my claim was approved without hesitation. The service rendered to me by Lindiwe Maruma in tracking and assisting with my claim exceeded my expectations.
During the black Friday sale I found myself caught in the hype as with everyone at my office and I bought a cookware set on Groupon for a R1099.00 .The delivery date for my package was to be in 14 working days but today almost 21 working days later I still have not received my package. On Calling Groupon I am told that the package was delivered to my place which did not happen. I complained to Groupon and was given the number of a courier service responsible for the delivery. when I called them BEX Couriers I was told by a lady by the name of Nonto Buthelezi that they were also not responsible for the delivery but had it done by an agent, so all they could do was follow up on my behalf and get back to me which they did not do. I am absolutely disgusted by the treatment meeted out to me by Groupon and BEX, where as I am a paying customer. I would like to warn everyone out there about the too good to believe deals on Groupon. Please be careful when dealing with these guys as they unprofessional and a have a sorry excuse for a customer services department.
