No rating, This company offers software packages and a value for money price, however seems they not legitimate, its a ****, I purchased on Saturday 20 April 2024, still no email to download and activate software purchase, there is no response to emails, no working contact number. Will hand this over to Poloce for investigation as I work hard for my mo ey they just took. I'm a child of God and he does not sleep, watch out.
How Horribly Disappointed in the New Showmax. Firstly, Showmax has the Audacity to only offer the app on newer model TV's. With the current Economic situation in South Africa how the Hell can you do this to us! Does all households have New TV's! We have to watch on our mobile devices or Mirror Screen to our TV! What makes it worse, you have to scroll through an entire season to get to the episode you currently watching. Absolutely *******! Yet I was part of the Consumer Marketing Survey on how to better Showmax. Gonna loose alot of Subscribers!!!
I purchased a deep freezer on 19 November 2022 - Cash. We collected a few days later. 2 days after, we unpacked the freezer to find ot had a dent. I called House and Home - Constantia Roodepoort branch, the sales lady told me its a customer service issue. The lady called me but I was too busy to answer. I returned the call which was not friendly due to me not answering her calls. Anyways, im advise dto send pictures, they will check on stock and then I can come return and collect new one. I sent through picture, doing follow-ups, was promised a call back 4-5 days ago, and here I'm still waiting. So the salespeople are quick to take your money and have no customer service thereafter. I even send a complaint online, 2 days ago, and still no response. It's so simple, take back your freezer, pay back my monies Cash so I can go purchase elsewhere. Why must I run after such a big organization, why do you have a customer service department that does nothing? I'm angry and so disappointed that I bought from House and Home.
I am so embarrassed that I choose Netstar as a service provider. Since inception of contract, their values on statements\invoices have been incorrect, of which I had to amend, as their accounts\finance department seem to not be competent enough to do so. I recently cancelled a contract on one of our vehicles, was provided with an amount for settlement which was to be deducted the following month given 1 months calendars notice, even received a cancellation notice email from the cancellation team and low and behold, I was debited for a monthly subscription after the cancellation should have took effect, I called in and was advised that the cancellation was not done and that I have to give another's month notice and the settlement value provided was the same. So I ask how is it that almost 2 months after cancellation was requested and a debit order went off that the value can still be the same, this is day lite Robbery, so they actually insinuating that no matter how long prior to the contract ending, the settlement value will be the same if uiu want to cancel. They call two days after I called and sent an email at 07:30am, imagine!!! And call back @ 8:00am after I specifically called after 08:30am. I call again today and low and behold, they drop the call to rate the service and I have hardly started my conversation. I am so tired of Netstar, they are unprofessional, I can't wait to legal action against them and have this made publicly on a TV show. They are going to make me famous. Regards Natasha
I Ordered and Paid early December, as is my First Purchase with Grabit, to date I have received no correspondence with regards to Delivery Status, I am at the point where I want there Physical Address as these items are my Kids Christmas Gifts...I am so angry! Does anyone have their address. I am going to take this further, they cannot rip off people like this, we Work for our money!
