Worst experience ever! Now that its finally over its a struggle to get deposit back. Even though we have left the place 10 x better than it was..be carefull..these people are scammers

just received my bill from vodacom- the previous amount and all the other previous months since September 2015 was between R600 - R700. This bill came to R1205.05!!!!!!<br> <br> all they can say is INTERNET USAGE.... I think they are double billing people to cover all their December bonuses- Ridiculous..I just want to cancel my contract asap- but they are not picking up at the cancellation departement
We reported a fault on the 8th of December 2015- ADSL line not working, since then we have phoned 2/3 times every day. Some days they cant see the reported fault, some days they have a wrong number. We went to the telkom shop twice, and we did speak to a call center manager...no help..line still not fixed.<br> <br> The worst service ever...<br> <br> Fault reference number: 1218CTK081215
