Although I received the link ontime I have had no support at all. I have contacted them several times even through FB but I have not had a response. The information is incorrect and misleading - basically it contradicts itself in the basic information which is what I paid for. I did use one version of the basic recipe for 2 days but I had no trust and too many unanswered questions and clarifications I needed made and I stopped. I have not used this YogurtFit App again because I think it's a hoax and I would like a refund. I know I won't get one though lie I did not get any answers or support.

We had a fantastic experience from the 1st call with Trevor from QTEC Trailers. We needed to move by 1 June and desperately needed a trailer as no trailers were available for hire for a one way trip to the West Coast or even the entire Cape for that matter. Hearing our predicament, QTEC Trailers pushed for us and delivered a perfect trailer to is on 31 May!!!! We were so grateful and relieved and so much of the stress of moving was relieved by their efforts. We are now on the West Coast safely after a 3 day haul from JHB with a brand new 3m x 1.5m QTEC trailer with ZERO issues along the way - except for our poor tarpaulin skills 😁 THANK YOU TREVOR AND QTEC CREW FOR EXCELLENT WORK AND DELIVERY 🥇
If I could put no stars I would. I tried to cancel me account last year only to hear that I signed a year's contract! Ok...? Why was this not made clear.. I had a consult face to face when joining.Am I the stupid one? I imagined I could pay for what I used. Silly me. So my fiancee and I moved shortly after and I looked for another branch in my area only to find none - closest, Santon from Fourways or the original in Randpark area. At 5pm? No go. So that is why I could no longer go. It was as good as leaving the country! At least a phone contract is apparent and I can still use it if I wanted. Anyway. So I subsequently discovered I had to pay 30% of my year to cancel. I emailed and applied to cancel through the website. If I received a reply I did not see it - on both counts. This was July 2018. I have been in contact so many times and also visited 3 times now to request the cancellation and every time I was promised attention and nothing happened- except for the debit on my account, of course! We have had an endless nightmare. We have had the debits bounce once or twice due to increased household expenses and the date of debit and have had to incur those costs as well. The last time I went into the branch - costing me again - I was promised attention from another manager. The next morning I got a call and was so relieved that finally, perhaps it was the end. I agreed to all the months debited after my cancellation request minus the 30% fee minus whatever had bounced and all good. After considering the facts I called back and requested a reduction in the 30% given our other incurred costs - innumerable call, visits, banking penalties. Suddenly the guy gets 'shirty' saying they now will check if we were emailed all that time back and if so, £$€@ you, basically. Why not check that on my first call after I requested the cancellation and did not get a response to my knowledge? Wow. On all counts, terribly frustrating, costly and just the poorest service, not to mention the poor comms. A person does not become as livid if the comms are at least steady. I have just received an email back after requesting feedback from last week: Good day As per your conversation with ...... we are awaiting the email thread from the IT department that will validate that Go Health Club did quote ......... a cancellation fee which he did not pay . So basically instead of just apologizing and paying and refunding what is due to both parties after they even admitted the had a system change the ******ed up the accounting and cost millions (I quote), they are now being rude and unfair. And to think I really was excited to join.
The only thing online or cell phone banking is good for is to check your balance, buy airtime pay a beneficiary and LOG OFF. Oh, and don't try to load or edit new or existing beneficiaries, you be searching forever &
