Cancelled Membership
I had been a member of Go health club which changed to Motion fitness for 3 years after which I had to relocate and cancelled my contract with 30 days notice. I have been debited by the company even though my contract is cancelled and have tried numerous methods of contacting them but no reply. It was a lovely gym but the Admin at head office needs alot of work.

Amanda !!!!! I am collecting details for all those who have been incorrectly/criminally debited by Go Health and fallen prey. I think we may be in our hundreds . I have read a lot of reviews for some who were debited in lockdown and others who keep being debited despite cancelling their membership . I am thinking of instituting some sort of claim or reporting to ombudsman and media but I need as many people to join . I have requested cancellation of my gym membership to go health in Fairlands walk on multiple occasions since October 2020. I am still being charged for my gym membership and cannot afford it. I also no longer use the club. i was told to sent an email and request cancellation but there is no reply.

DON'T JOIN!!! GOHELATH GYM IS A FRAUD!!!!
DON'T SIGN UP!!!!! My contract ended 2019 January and debit orders were still going off, I inquired about this and was told to email Raj Bachulal and request cancellation. He responded after I emailed again to follow up, told me I needed to pay a cancellation fee (why I had to do this when contract was already over, it beyond me). Raj gave a kak attitude, but nontheless I paid up, filled in form and sent it back last year but debit orders are still going off each month. Mind you reversing them or blocking them with my bank with decrease my credit scoring. DON'T JOIN CAUSE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET OUT OF THE CONTRACT!!!! GOHEALTH GYM IS A FRAUD!!!!

Go Health Gym threatening Legal action for non payment after cancellation!
We cancelled our monthly gym membership in May 2020 Out of the blue in January 2021 , we receive a threatening email from a Company called Pro-Range stating that if we do not pay arrears , we will be handed over for legal action as well as be reported to Credit Bureau. I have submitted proof of cancellation and await feedback to resolution

THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT MEMBERS, I CAN'T AFFORD THE GYM CONTRACT THANKS TO COVID, BUT WILL NOT CANCEL MY CONTRACT!
Go Health Gym in Fairland. Covid unfortunately has caused my income to be cut. I am trying to cancel my contract because I cannot afford the fees anymore. I sent a letter from my employer explaining this. I had to stop my debit order. They are stalling because I owe them. I borrowed money to pay and physically went in on the 13th January and paid off the debt . It was all paid up, they said they would cancel and they didn't. Now "I can't cancel my contract because the February fee was not received". WHAT DO THEY NOT UNDERSTAND ABOUT I CAN NOT PAY, MY SALARY HAS BEEN CUT?????? They do not care one bit about their members, all they care about is getting more and more money out of the members. This member is struggling to live. Having a gym membership is a "nice to have" it is not a necessity. PLEASE CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP, I NEED TO BUY FOOD!!!!!!! RESPONED TO MY EMAILS AND DO THE RIGHT THING!!!!!!
