Nahveel confirmed on a telephone call that my line is a 100/100 mps line..sent him test results showing definitely not that speed. They now claim it is a 50/50 mps line 😳😭

I ordered through Tidee - After I ordered, they made very sure that I was aware of their shipping policy and if I did not like the very long waiting period, I could ask for a refund. I have waited patiently but still no delivery OR any form of communication or responses to any of my requests. I have now asked for a refund & still no response or refund.

I signed up Virgin Active membership with Gudani in June 2021 – membership application number 35160219 I noticed that none of my gym visits were pulling through to Vitality & had escalated to Gudani on several occasions( I have the detailed proof in need) Gudani has assured me that all my gym visits regardless of when or how they occurred( manually recorded or via access card) would eventually pull through even if backdated Some of the initial visits were recorded manually at the gym by one of the staff in attendance The access card is now luckily working via the scanner but is still not pulling through to Vitality Can you please investigate & advise as I am worried that I will not get credit for my gym visits via Vitality The debit order for the monthly gym has been going off my account – No issues
We cancelled our monthly gym membership in May 2020 Out of the blue in January 2021 , we receive a threatening email from a Company called Pro-Range stating that if we do not pay arrears , we will be handed over for legal action as well as be reported to Credit Bureau. I have submitted proof of cancellation and await feedback to resolution
I cancelled my insurance at the beginning of June with necessary written notice I was debited again beginning July I requested an immediate refund and was promised that I would get within days Despite following up daily, I have still not received a refund
