Payments don't reflect
I've recently joined Investec. As a niche bank that deals high net worth individuals. I find it pathetic that payments have not reflected. I got paid my salary on Friday 23rd September. 4 days later and the funds are still not reflecting. I've reached out via their online chat feature and was assured that this will be escalated however I still have no feedback.

Mtn false advertising
I've ordered an s22 ultra and was one of the very first customers to pre order one, the deal was that i would get a new tablet and buds. After pre ordering I got a mail to say that i will be contacted close to the launch date. That never happened. Now they cannot find my application on the system, i have proof of the email that was sent when i pre ordered. They will not give me the tablet and buds as promised. Not my 1st experience with mtn, had a similar experience when i ordered my zflip 3 in November last year. Mtn does not keep to their promises, its pathethic.

Go health club pathetic service
I have requested cancellation of my gym membership to go health in Fairlands walk on multiple occasions since October 2020. I am still being charged for my gym membership and cannot afford it. I also no longer use the club. i was told to sent an email and request cancellation but there is no reply.

Terrible services offered by dial a bed
Delivery address captured was incorrect by dial a bed, they assured me that the bed will be delivered on 2 December 2019. I then got rid of my old bed to make space for the new one. The driver then called to say that the bed can only be delivered on the 3rd December as they have the wrong address. I now have to find a place to sleep as I do not have a bed
