This once great Municipality is going backwards there is no care for its residence anymore the roads and road lights all are falling apart nothing gets done and it does not seem that they care anymore Middelburg was Once Town of the Year
I am deeply disappointed with how Sanlam has handled my grandmother's funeral plan. After consistently paying into this plan since 2005, it was abruptly canceled without any notice or clear reason. This plan was meant to provide us with peace of mind during a difficult time, and now we are left with uncer*****y and frustration. My grandmother has been a loyal customer for nearly two decades, and we expected transparency and professionalism from a company like Sanlam. However, we have received no explanation for this cancellation, leaving us confused and concerned about what steps to take next. This lack of communication and disregard for our situation is unacceptable, especially given the sensitive nature of funeral planning. I urge Sanlam to address this issue promptly and provide a detailed explanation for the cancellation. We deserve clarity and respect during such a critical time. This experience has significantly impacted our trust in Sanlam, and I hope the company will take immediate steps to rectify this situation.
My Fibre Line Went Down on the 17th June 2023 so its been 2 weeks now i contacted Mweb to log a call and after holding on for 30min i got threw and logged a call to them MWB24455113 i had a look at the cable and its was off at a certain point where there was no pvc installed to safe guard the cable 2 zoom fibre guys came out the nextday and said they cant fixed it they will sent out the installation team the next day after waiting another week i tried to contact zoom fibre but after holding for 45 Min i put down the Phone I drove to the Middelburg Zoom Fibre office's and the reception lady aswell as the supervisor was very nice and said they will sort it out it has know been another week and still nothing has happened
Telkom Line fault(591CTK301115) was logged on the 29 November 2015 as of yet I have only received 1 sms reply that its with technical repair division. I have also escalated this 3 times and to date still I have no response from telkom.im paying for something that has not been working for 21 days. this is unacceptable
