I have no idea why Vodacom see themselves as a tech company, if their website and app are absolutely useless. Their online services continuously have "Oops! Technical Errors" when I try to buy data/airtime online. This is extremely frustrating since I have absolutely no idea if my purchase was successful or not!
<p>We were passed by three Luxury Springbok Atlas busses (with GP registration plates) this morning (approx. 6:25am) on the R573 KwaMhlanga/Molotto Road. Actually, we were not passed, but rather bullied off the road by the driver of the bus in front – they drove like maniacs and did not adhere to the speed limit, road signs, or other road safety regulations. Clearly they were in a hurry, but do they need to bully other innocent drivers off the road? This is very very bad adverti*****t for the company. Personally, after witnessing the behaviour of the bus driver, I will never make use of their business, nor recommended them to anyone, because innocent people put their lives in the hands of their reckless drivers.</p>
I sent an email to FNB Jacaranda Centre (Pretoria) to inquire about my FICA status. Ms Kirstein (Branch Manager) replied the next day in a very polite, professional and informative email that everything was in order. I then took a chance and asked Ms Kirstein if she could possibly check on FNB's system if everything was in order with my account details, since I had some difficulties executing certain transactions at an ATM. Without hesitation, Ms Kirstein took my details, and returned a few moments later with a very polite and professional reply. I would like to commend Ms Kirstein for making time in her busy schedule to assist me in this manner - I know this time of year is usually chaotic. Please accept my sincerest gratitude.
