Our company made use of Atlas for a conference. Some of us drove on the smaller shuttles, instead of the bigger busses. A few hours into our trip, a guy flashed and hooted at us. He came up to the driver and stated that the trailer was open and our luggage was busy falling out. The guy picked up one of the bags and returned it to us. We climbed out to investigate, just to realize that the trailer was open!!! To my luck, my bag was the only one that was nowhere to be seen. They emailed me immediately to say they will refund me the money of what the items in my bag was worth. I got quotation and everything and now suddenly they state that they are not responsible and as a token of good will, they will only give me a small amount (not even an 8th of what everything was worth). I emailed back to say that it is unacceptable, ect. No reply. Emailed again a week later, no reply. Now 5 days later, still no reply. I never signed anything to state that I know my bag is in the trailer at own risk. Best of all is, when the driver realized that the trailer wasn't locked, he looked around the ground and found pieces of grass and plastic to try and secure the trailer. I have footage and 10+ witnesses to all of this and they just don't care. Ignoring a HUGE mistake of yours, is not going to make me go away. I lost A LOT of precious items. I am busy seeking legal advise.

Took the full debit early in December, not discussed with my and now I transferred more money into that account and they took part of that payment. No payment is due until the end of January. Why?

We were passed by three Luxury Springbok Atlas busses (with GP registration plates) this morning (approx. 6:25am) on the R573 KwaMhlanga/Molotto Road. Actually, we were not passed, but rather bullied off the road by the driver of the bus in front – they drove like maniacs and did not adhere to the speed limit, road signs, or other road safety regulations. Clearly they were in a hurry, but do they need to bully other innocent drivers off the road? This is very very bad adverti*****t for the company. Personally, after witnessing the behaviour of the bus driver, I will never make use of their business, nor recommended them to anyone, because innocent people put their lives in the hands of their reckless drivers.

We went to the reception at the Lagoon Beach Hotel in Milnerton, Cape Town on the 4th of January 2016 and booked a tour of the Cape Peninsula. At the hotel we were quoted R850 per person which amounted to R4250 for five persons.

on the 5th of January 2016 we boarded the vehicle for the tour and at the conclusion of the tour, we were told that the price is R930 per person which amounted to R4650 for five persons.

I have issue with this because the brochure we were given at the hotel had the amount of R850 pp and we budgeted for the tour based on this amount.
Our tour guide, Robert, called the lady named Maritjie who confirmed that the price of R850 was last year's price and there was an increase this year. But she insisted that we pay the new amount, which resulted in us paying R400 more than what wehad known the trip to cost.
