So many people kept asking me about to resend details I have send it more than 10 times each time has just been another delay tactic by your company it's 4 months now much further than the 7 working days you promised me. I have send my banking info confirmation numerous times and I keep getting the same reply. I am deeply unhappy and depressed. My cleaner passed away three weeks ago I found out she has no funeral cover I had to cancel the funeral again for the second time yesterday because you guys didn't pay my money. I am deeply shocked and depressed due to the very bad service your company has given me. Your people this morning said hopefully by tomorrow it will reflect and I really don't know anymore. Your company has damaged me emotionally and mentally I hate your company and I have taking this further legally not just on social media this time. You will pay for my humiliation and suffering. Cellc has straight out ignored the court order of the small claims delivered to the blue route mall store that needed to be paid within 14 days that I have send your call centre and the branch. The 14 days has officially reached 4 months after delivery of court order. You will pay my R25,000 and cover my legal fees that now has passed the amount you had to refund me. You have put me in a mental depression and I have a body that is laying in a undertakers that the bills gets added per day. I'm so disgusted how human beings is even working at this company you are heartless

Worst experience of my life. On this platform they reply back they responded privately they do not respond privately at all. I paid money into the wrong account and realised it I went to cellc blue route mall to have the payments refunded with no contract or even a cellc sim. Something that should've have taken two days now carried over to three months. I called the call centre daily sometimes up to 6 times a day just to be told the back office will call me back now one did. I'm starting to think cellc or their employees stole my R27,000. I had a court instruction for them to pay the money within 14 days they never did. They are useless stay away from this *****'s. Their branches can't help because they don't got direct contact with the refund department all they can do is send email to head office no one comes back. I have to fly up to Johannesburg from Cape town because they clearly not going to give my money.
I paid R27,000 wrongfully into cellc account. With this please note I have no contract or even any account with cellc. I have a court order stating they must refund within 14 days it has now been 1 month 2 weeks. I have called their contact centre daily and git told someone will calm back no one did. This calling takes up so much time just to get the same offer for the more than month daily call that someone will call me but no one calls back.
<p>I changed banks forgot to notify cartrack I got a email I will be black listed if I font pay the area's amount. I requested for cancellation of the unit I received a email back I need to pay areas with a cancellation of the service a fee of 1700. Now I'm being threaten with lawyers and going to black list me. Il make it known in my company website and my monthly subscription letters of your bad service. I used you guys for my company fleet but thanks I'm going for a new tracking company </p>
