Don't bother doing business with this company. DO NOT! If there was a negative rating i would have given them. Gomes Slab, Gomes sand and Precision Slabs are the worst company i've ever done business with. it saddens me that such business practises exist in South Africa; no wonder this country is going down, it's because of such people. 1. They employ illegal and undocumented foreigners. We have contacted department of labour to look into this issue. 2. They accept orders they cannot fulfill on time. When you query your delivery they'll lie to you till the sun set. 3. They are bullies. They asked me to delete my Google review so they can refund me for lintels returned - which they didn't. 4. The quality of their blocks is poor. Most of them broke before we even install them. We had to buy additional blocks to make up for their poor and questionable quality. Fortunately, we had to over design the slab to compensate for their questionable material. I bought additional mesh wire of better quality, the mesh wire reieved from them is shockingly thinner and light. 6. None of the employees want to take responsibility over anything. 7. Laziness - i have never seen such laziness in my entire young life. It took them 3 hours to load two pallets of blocks. This is our experience with them. we would advice anyone to consider buying rib and blocks somewhere - maybe RMM - their lintels seem to abide to the SANS and are SABS approved. My next step is to conduct a compression test on their lintels and blocks to verify if they are manufactured according to SANS. We must do the right thing to protect citizens from people not following the rule of law. We bought blocks and lintels in late in the year in 2021 after they accepted they'll assist us. a week after payment they still didn't deliver my order. We recieved an incomplete order after ten (10) days after making payment - totally unacceptable. I asked them if i can collect my order and they promised to deliver; i asked them 3-4 times. i have whatsapp screenshots asking Jose and Jonas if i should organize my own transport. They lied to me that they were preparing the order which they were not. I went to their factory on the 17th after being worried about my order. I left their factory at 17h00 when they finally had a truck driver. The delivery truck left the factory wiht an incomplete order, they promised to deliver Saturday morning - which they didn't. I received the remaining blocks on Saturday around 16h00. I suffered considerable loss and delays due to their deception. Everything was moved forward by a week. They didn't deliver steel beams which were part of the order. At the time of writing this review, they still had not refunded me for the outstanding material. It's safe to say they're trying to bully me and they are stealing from me - i am approaching small claim court and possibly engaging lawyers demanding refund. I wouldn't bother in future doing business with such dishonest people. We will be uploading screenshots of conversations with Jose Gomes and Jonas are among some of the greatest liars i have ever come across. This company doesn't deserve your money. Take your money elsewhere.

Standard Bank blocked my account after i received deposit from my wife's capitec account. After Day 15, the matter has not been resolved, the gentleman assisting me by the name of Lucky Mosiane has been nothing but poor. They had 13 days to unblock my account but never bothered. I have had my home loan debit bounds and possibly in the red now. I supplied Standard Bank with all details, proof of payment, my wife's account statement. I went extra mile with doing their job by contacting Capitec Forensics department and still didn't receive any assistance. I supplied Standard bank with direct contact details at Capitec but nothing happened. My payments and project have been delayed due to this nonsense.
<p>Unfortunately my sony xperia fell fell and the screen and the back side glass cracked; I took my phone to Vodacom Shop at EastGate mall. The technician told me that Vodacom insurance will contact me about the excess fee to pay; I haven't recieved any call from them and i do not know how long it will take to get my phone back...it has been 7 days now since i submitted my phone. </p> <p> </p> <p>In addition to this, i recently claimed my stolen iPhone 6 and haven't heard anything from insurance guys as well. Vodacom your service is pathetic beyond description ...the sooner my contract ends the better...am no longer doing business with you. </p>
Please do not buy from Coricraft in Greenstone. They have the worst service i've ever experienced. I bought a bed which required scotch guard. They delivered the bed without scotch guard. I've been following on this matter for the past three weeks with no success. First, It was Nosipho I spoke to who promised the matter was been attended to - nothing came forth. I went into the store twice, spoke to Ashlee who also promised to assist me, I gave them my banking details to refund me - he promised they'll send the money within 24 -48 hrs but as before nothing materialised. I went into the store for the second time, Nosipho was in that day she promised to give me a call within 3 hrs after ahe spoke to someone at head office after a freaked out. She didn't give me the promised call. I bought the bed knowing i'll get scotch guard to protect it. Am thinking of returning the bed altogether. This has been the biggest disappointment from such a \reputable"store. Please avoid Coricraft"
