Netflorist
Order no: 108896875 Poor show Netflorist! What a disappointment! The order was for my daughter’s birthday to be delivered at her place of work. Sadly it only arrived at 19.51 (delivered to security) long after close of day. I had been communicating with the Chatbox since 1:00pm only to be told it was out for delivery numerous times. I will never recommend Netflorist or make use of your services ever again!! Shame on you!

Mkhuze Inn
Not even worthy of one star! Shocking experience! We did not even unpack the car. Rooms are prefab. Swimming pool was disgustingly green. No one at reception to meet us. Huge party on the go, no parking! Looks like a construction site. Booking.com should not even advertise this place. False advertising!

Nyama Catering did an amazing spit braai for us! The meat was tender, tasty and perfectly prepared. Their team was professional, friendly and made everything so easy. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely use them again!

Big Sky Ranch
Our stay at Big Sky Ranch, a horse stud farm near Colesberg was exceptional. Every aspect of the accommodation exceeded expectations — immaculate, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. We were accommodated in the Dam View Chalet on weekend of 15 Nov 2024. Really substandard accommodation: Damp creeping up the walls. Large dustbin in kitchen with no lid! Very unhygienic. Both braai tongs totally ineffective. Toilet paper holder in bathroom loose. Large very noisy fan in one bedroom. Sounds as though it is about to take off. Impossible to sleep with it on. Torn pillow and pillowslip. Microwave heats for max 6 minutes. Very sp**** furnishings. Bedside globes in one bedroom serve no purpose. Toilet leaking in one bathroom. Sleeper couch in lounge needs to be replaced. Tatty and worn. Covered with what seems an old black fitted sheet. Whole chalet is in dire need of a serious upgrade. Not worth the R3200.00 per night rate! (1 ply toilet paper??). Staff overall not very friendly. Seems they are more concerned about visitors abiding by their strict rules than ensuring the comfort of their guests. Poor show Dinokeng Reserve. Will never return and will never recommend!

What a disappointment at this property. Firstly we were allocated a room with a shared bathroom, then given a very small room. We asked for the best room in the house and were upgraded to room 6. The views were breathtaking but still does not warrant the price we paid. The entire property is in need of an upgrade and seems rather neglected: No bathroom amenities except one small bar of soap. Paint peeling off the ceiling in the shower. Empty tissue box holder. Dstv does not work, only Netflix. Outside furniture in dire need of maintenance. Outside sliding gate very rusted. No light at gate at night. At R2250.00pn?? I think not. Will not return and will not recommend.

The price of their dinner and breakfast is overrated. Way too expensive! Lovely place to stay though and excellent service .
