Woolworths quality sucks
If I could I would have 0 stars. Where has WW quality gone wrong. Bought potatoes and ir was rotten Had to cut half of each potato away to salvage something. And no I am not carting a bag of rotten potatoes back to your store to verify. Woolworths quality is sub par to say the least. Taking my business elsewhere

Woolworths dismisses query on compromised halal certification
I am a Muslim and a vegaterian. The plant-based products in multiple woolworths stores are in the same fridge as the pork and I lodged a request for it to be moved to another section so that the halal certification is not compromised. I received one call enquiring if anyone has contacted me, which they did not. Then an email stating the case is resolved. When enquiring how it was resolved the response was short and dismissive, telling me it was discussed with me and I was already informed - this was not the case. I am still waiting , weeks later for someone at woolworths to take the time to call me.

TAKEALOT NOT TREATING CLIENTS FAIRLY
I bought a treadmill 4 months ago. Accepted the package, made the mistake to not check it for defects or GLUE. After only 4 months it started giving a strange sound and we returned it. Now I am being told the return is declined BECAUSE I GLUED THE DEVICE! How ridiculous is that. Who would tamper with something that is still under guarantee??? Even if I saw glue how would I have known it's a.defect?? I'm not a treadmill expert! What I do know is that you CANNOT TRUST TAKEALOT to treat customers fairly and will ship defective products and then hold you accountable for the defect!! From a loyal client to NEVER AGAIN!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM TAKEALOT, you will NOT be treated fairly. I will definitely escalate this matter.

Express Pools has redeemed themselves!
I was contacted by Express Pools after my initial report on the manner in which i was treated. Salomi has been absolutely amazing in sorting out the outstanding building plans, being apologetic and very efficient, she has restored by faith in Express Pools. Their workmanship cannot be faulted and their after sales support was spot on. Thankfully, now that i have my building plans albeit a year later,all is well again in the world and Express Pools have my vote.

Express Pools do not value a contract
I had my pool installed more than a year ago and part of the contract was updated building plans arranged by the contractor. Today, 1year and 17 days later I still do not have my plans. Dispite numerous calls, messages and unfulfilled promises -still nothing. My calls are now being ignored and messages unanswered.i upheld my part of the contract, paid on time but Express Pools does not seems to value their contract or their customers
