Disappointed.
I bought three Colognes for me and my wife in 2021, I don't remember the month and date, only to find that those Colognes don't have a scent at all, it was like they'd been filled with water because they had leaks, I then contacted them to inform them about their Colognes, Liam responded to me and told me that I should bubble wrap the so that the courier can collect them, I did that but the courier didn't arrive, I contacted them again in December 2021, they collect them and Liam contacted me on 22 December 2021 to inform me that they have received the package and asked me to send my banking details, I immediately sent them, but I still haven't been refunded until now 08 January 2022, I tried to email them to find out what's the hold up, but no one is responding to my emails. I'm very disappointed with their service.

Devine Scents is scamming people their hard earned money.
I'm so disappointed with Devine Scents's cologne quality, I ordered Dior Savauge, Giorgio Armani Aqua Di Gio and Dolce & Gabanna the only one for women, When you apply it, the smell only lasts for few minutes then it's gone, I'm so Disappointed and I will never buy from them again.

Unauthorized subscriptions.
I have been getting smses and pop up messages from mtn to confirm many subscriptions that I never even request to subscribe on, I've been canceling and blocking the subscriptions but those smses keep coming and more new subscriptions, can Mtn stop doing what they do to their subscribers, This is enough!

The lady that called me was rude to me.
I bought a 50 in his ensemble tv at OK through Rainbow finance in 2015, so I haven't been able to pay my account due to financial difficulties, I was called by the lady from rainbow finance early this month, asking why I haven't been paying my account, I explained to the lady and promised that I will start paying at the end of January, we agreedo that I will pay R450.00, now the other lady called me today from this number+27 71 690 7805, I tried to explain to her just like I explained to the other lady, she did not want to listen to me and said I should pay R3000. 00 before Saturday or she'said going to open a case of fraud against me and they will come take the tv that I was already paying, i'm just behind with my instalment, I did not steal that tv from ok, she was rude to me and hung up on me while trying to explain to her that I have already made an arrangement with rainbow finance to start paying my account again, now she is threatening me, i'm not a criminal. She threatened me wich is what I think is a criminal offence, I know my consumer rights.

I was over charged
I recharged my mtn number with R60 airtime, and bought 24 hours uncapped data bundles, and i was left with R20 airtime, but to my surprise, i got the message while i was online that i have ran out of airtime and data bundles within 1 hour, MTN is ripping us off ! Please help me resolve this issue.
