Be careful when you pay your check-out bill. You will be charged AGAIN for dinner bills that you have already paid, they do not deduct the vouchers nor any payments that you have already made. When you query it, they take their time to produce the signed slips and will then simply not provide you with feedback when you have evidenced that they overcharged you. 75% of my bill was overcharged and I am not getting any feedback on complaints and the manager ignores all calls... They are simply ******* or perhaps even *****sters...
I hope Amazon klaps your business after what you did to my order. I waited 2 weeks for my order, which was due for delivery on 3 November. On 2 Nov at 14h14 you change the date and try to deliver at 15h30 on 2 Nov, which of course I had not planned for and was not available. I told your delivery guy to either meet at 16h30 or on 3 Nov as initially planned, which he agreed to the latter. Imagine my surprise to find out that you had completely cancelled my order, while I was waiting like a fool for my delivery. When I call the contact centre, I am told that you cannot assure me that I will get all my items and there might be a price change!!!!! Because of your incompetence, I am penalised???? And this a few days before my birthday, you should be ashamed of yourselves...
Let me tell you a story about Vodacom. I log an upgrade. Vodacom delivers 2 phones with 2 new sims. I immediately call vodacom (15 min after delivery). They made a mistake and logged a new contract... now they need to collect these 2 phones and deliver a new package. New package comes, upgrade done...but wait there's more. The 2 phones are still not collected 2 months later. I have given them the days that I was available...nothing... so, vodacom double charges me for the new line THAT WAS NEVER ACTIVATED and the sims are still in their little sealed packs. I call vodacom yesterday and guess what. The new line was never cancelled (remember this was the new line that was never acivated...) and I will get my refund after they collect the phones... how is this fair??? Now I get an sms stating "Dear Customer Please be advised that collection arranged and only after the line is collected we can cancel . Thank you" Nobody has called me to make a collection arrangement... And then right After that another sms that my call has been closed So, anybody know which regulator I can escalate them to please?
I upgraded in December and allocated a new data bundle of 500MB, which I received a confirmation on would be activated on 31/12/2015. To my surprise I ran out of airtime and data on 01/01/2016. My usage states only 158 MB used. Upon calling the call centre, first got cut off by Calvin, then spoke to Nokuthula who was extremely excited to assist me (with a sarcastic LOL) who acknowledged that my data bundle was never loaded onto my account (even though it is stated on my invoice...) and they cannot backdate it and reinstate the airtime which they allocated my data to - WHAT A BUNCH OF RUBBISH!! <br> <br> Both team leaders Lebolang and Ashley are apparently too busy with other queries and they won't call me back. They also don't bother to speak to their clients either when you hold on for them.<br> <br> FIX MY ACCOUNT!!! You cannot expect me to buy additional airtime because of your mistake. What a bloody money making scheme. Allocate the data where it belongs and reinstate my airtime to correct my account.
