Fungi is imposing unauthorized and ******** charges on electricity sales. These practices violate the Electricity Regulation Act (No. 4 of 2006) and NERSA Reseller Guidelines. Key Violations: 1. Unapproved Admin Fees: Charges like the Account Creation Fee, Wallet Creation Fee, and non-refundable deposit are administrative fees prohibited by NERSA. Resellers may only charge tariffs approved by the municipality/NERSA. 2. ******* 9% Management Fee: The 9% surcharge is a direct markup on the regulated municipal tariff. NERSA rules explicitly forbid resellers from adding any service, administration, or management fees beyond the approved tariff. This contradicts your claim of "no markup." 3. Lack of Transparency: These charges were not disclosed upfront in any official tariff schedule, violating the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) requirement for fair, reasonable, and fully disclosed pricing. These non-tariff charges constitute an ******** profit margin on a regulated service. I need all consumers to be aware of these and encourage M&T developments to stop enabling them by using them as a preferred vendor on all they properties unless they are also in on this ****.
M&T developments is on whatever **** you guys are running. This is why they’d rather lose tenants than look for another provider that charges fair prices.
Hi there I’d like to bring to your attention the terrible service I received from braai block celtis Tuesday evening I arrived at 19:40 , the lady at the till chatted away with a guy I found there then proceeded to ask why I came so late. When I asked if she’s saying this because meat was finished, she said no because she wants to close. I placed my order for a braai share meal which she told me to wait outside for it for about 15mins. 15 mins went by while people who came after me collected their orders and left. When I went back to ask , she said I need to wait , at this point it was already 20:10, she’s focused on uber eats. I was the only customer there so I still don’t understand why took so long to prepare my order. The meal was also incorrect, I asked for chilli wors but she served plain for wors instead. Overall I was really put off by that experience from the moment I I walked in I received the coldest “welcoming” and having to wait as long as I did when I was the only one there. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Please train your staff to speak to customers professionally and to treat the business with respect.
I asked discovery life to remove my vitality from my account to have it linked to my medical aid. 3 weeks later I’m still getting conflicting updates from the people I’ve spoken to. I’ve been charged double for the same product and at this rate it looks like I’ll have no resolution to the issue when the next debit order comes off. Such a painful experience having to follow up over and over again with no success. It’s even more sensitive because this related to my life cover, the fact that I’m getting such service while I’m still here imagine in the event when I’m no longer here and my loved ones being put through this.
No communication on a request I submitted days ago regarding my policy. Not even an acknowledgment of receipt.

Budget has called me at least 8 times today after I have expressed no interest in the value added products. I’ve asked be removed from the contact list but they still continue to call me. I never having car insurance with budget means I need to be hounded down like this by their value added products team. Please stop contacting. I have blocked the number but they still get through.
My experience with WBC has been ********** since the day of purchase of the vehicle. I bought a category A car on finance at the Riverhorse branch of WBC but when I drove out the car was already leaking water. When I called the salesperson he told me it was nothing to worry about, it came from the aircon. As if this was not already enough for day 1 of having the car, it was also dirty and infested with ****roaches which they somehow managed to distract me from in the inspection. These ****roaches continued to come out from mainly the sunroof of the car and these took weeks to completely get rid of them. 3 days after collecting the car, it alerted me that the brakes were due, which I replaced. Not long after replacing the brakes, the car started overheating continuously. I informed them about all these events and let them know that I needed to return the car but they suggested I claim the repairs from the warranty, they would not pay for the repairs - bear in mind all these events took place in a space of one month only and none of them were disclosed in the Dekra report. The Dekra report showed that all was in order with the car. They have since collected the car and have completely left me in the dark about what happening, they say they didn't know they had received the car, what a negligent business! This is a car I have paid installment and insurance only for it to sit the the WBC branch.
Netstar is making fraudulent debit orders on my account. I never gave them my banking details, I’ve also never been their client and they refuse to tell me how they got them or who the debit order is going towards. They tell me to reverse it and move on everytime
I was at the shoprite in clayville ( 74 Olifantsfontein road). The good sold at the deli was not fresh. I bought they fried fish,it had a foul smell and it was even black,only realised this when I got home. Together with the fish I bought school buns which were so stale and also had a foul smell. I'm really unhappy because this wasn't the first because I once bought their donought which had also expired and I went back to the store and I was told it's been there for 3 days. Please see: This food was not at market down prices so I expected nothing less than quality. So disappointed
