I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the significant decline in the quality of service I have recently experienced with FNB. On multiple occasions, I have been unable to receive assistance via the batch system or the chat platform. When calling in, my calls are continuously transferred from one department to another, without resolution. It often takes more than an hour to address even a simple query. FNB used to be known for its quick, efficient, and customer-focused service, but my recent experiences have been quite the opposite. The process has become slow, frustrating, and ineffective. I am left wondering—what has happened to the service standard that once set FNB apart?
Jean-Marie Kapp and Biëtca van Jaarsveld has been nothing but Helpful, they respond very quick and helped me when i was struggling, Good team you guys have here, Keep up the good work guys :)
Was a quick and effortless claim and they paid out very fast
Very poor, i use to be a proud kia owner having owned a previous kia and bought a Brand new Kia Sonet EX in 2022 with Maintenance and service plan and got an additional plan for my Breaks and wipers for 3x years. i took my car for a service in Feb 2025, asking kia to replace my Breaks and Wipers, they gladly replaced my Breaks but not my Wipers, stating i claimed last year and i need to wait until the 3rd or 5th of March to claim a new wiper, having good service i didn't complain and stated I will contact kia again in the beginning or march. when i contacted them, i had to take a video and take pictures of my wipers which was odd, but did it anyways, only to be told, sorry your policy has ended on the 3rd March therefore they won't assist us in this regard... i will never again support KIA in my life if this is the ******* that are quick to take your money Additional R12 000 but look for every quick out not to replace WIPERS... which is R400 MAX
Do not use AVIS, i paid R2300 for a deposit for renting their car while my car was in for repairs, i Drove their car for 3 weeks and had no issues, except for a very, VERY small chip in the windscreen the last day, which i am aware of and mentioned when i returend the car, AVIS charged me R1000 for 1x small 2mm Chip in the windscreen which is absolutely ridiculous.... i will never use them again and never recommend them to anyone.
Don't use debt rescue. No one ever responds to any emails or try to assist. I paid up all my accounts and provided all the paid up letters to them 7 days ago and waited with no feedback from their side. I phoned the credit bureau myself and they stated they never received all my paid up letters and that if i have all my letters the flag on my name should be removed within 2-5 days from @debtresque still has not sent me any feedback as to why i am waiting so long i have sent multipal emails bit i just get the same email back stating they are working on my enquiries. Phoning them Is a nightmare and ive worked with more than 3 people assistinge me with the same issue. Still not respolved

Absolutely dismal service, you never get through an the land lines, emails never get replied, but they are quick to send 2 emails a day to tell you confirm your debit order on a banking app. I will not recommend them to anyone as they have no SERICE what so ever. I went to the website thinking i could do a live chat and maybe get assistance, just to be told, my Query was logged and they will get back to me next week. I have had the WORST Experience with DEBT RESCUE and would tell anyone to stay clear. Hopefully someone that is considering it will see my message on Hello peter and Face book and think twice to use this company.
There was a problem with my car (Kia Picanto 1.2L 2013 ), i sent it in to the dealers where i bought the car. 2 weeks later i call in to find out my car will be ready before Friday.<br> <br> Friday comes i call in again, NO CAR. my car will be ready on Wednesday. <br> <br> i have to call in every time, and sometimes no one answers <br> <br> They don't Give feedback, they don't have any service what so ever.<br> <br> i have no transport and had to arrange for my own transport with them for the remaining days. <br> <br> BAD SERVICE.
