Kindly advise why I am being declined for credit? During Covid lockdown I was retrenched and temporarily app**** for debt relief, I have paid up all my accounts in May 2022, way before the time as we sold our house and paid off all my debts. This is ************** and I would like some answers as to why you are constantly declining every credit application of mine. See attached statement from FINFIX clearly showing I paid all my accounts way before they were due to be completed and payment fulfillment. Password is my ID Number: 7205050267085. In October and November 2024 I relocated and was unemployed for two months and I am currently permanently employed since December 2024 with a Gross salary of R18000.00 plus an allowance from our Trust. Why am I being declined? I would like an explanation please. I have recently purchased a property and am needing some credit for renovations.
I was unemployed for two months and contacted Capitec Credit Card and Revolving Credit to apply for insurance claim which is for in the event you loose your income, both parties refused to assist even though I am paying insurance. I got permanently employed the month thereafter and sent through my Letter of Employment as well as payslips. My initial Revolving Credit I received was R80 500.00, which I have decreased to R35 000.00, a debit order receives my payment. Now the Credit Card after FOUR MONTHS is still not working and the STATUS on my Credit Card has STILL NOT BEEN UPLIFTED. TARNISHING MY CREDIT SCORE AND REPORT! WORST BANK AND SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CAPITEC BANK!!!

Sanlam personal loans advised me that they would debit my account on the 25th for the ONE arrears payment, while I was unexpectadly fired from a work from home job, they refused to help me via the insurance I pay for loss of income and finally made an arrangement to debit my account on the 25th, they did not do this and now I get telephone calls saying I FAILED to my comittment! This is unacceptable and NOT my Fault! Overall my experience with Sanlam and Sanlam Indie has been just aweful, wasted R4000 on a policy that was useless!
I am trying to get hold of the Capitec Credit Card and Revolving Credit Insurance Claims Department. Every time I call the 0217643526, I get automatically cut off. PLEASE CAN THE INSURANCE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT CONTACT ME 068 195 2863 URGENTLY PLEASE.

I rented a semi detached house from Elaine Skidmore and her partner Anton. There was never an incoming inspection done and after giving her 3 months notice that I was not going to renew the lease, she brought in a 3rd party to do the outgoing inspection, I was upset as the house was already in a poor condition when I moved in, over and above my R26k deposit she has made false claims and is saying I owe her an additional R15k, this is outrageous and not true. I am devastated at how they treated me during my time staying there and have reported her to the Rental Housing Tribunal. I am not the only person they have conned and ****med out of their deposits. Do not rent from this person if you don't want to get ****med. I'm a 52 year old, single income woman and this has caused me huge financial damage.
I do not recommend this builder Regard Bothma, he took me for a ride on my Nutec home build. Kept on wanting more money after the agreed quote and did not deliver any of the verbal promises. He was the most expensive out of the other companies that quoted. No flooring, no skirtings or cornices, no paint exterior, no cladding. He did not do as I asked and just did his own thing. When I started asking questions he blocked me on whatsapp. He used 6mm Nutec Boards instead of 10mm as per the pre approved plan. The Workmanship is shocking to say the least. I have now reported him to the NHBRC!! Please ask me for photos before using this ******!!!
My elderly father is currently residing in the UK, we have both sent emails requesting the cancellation of his cellphone airtime & data contract as he is unable to use his old Vodacom phone and number in the UK. I went to a Vodacom shop in the Somerset Mall whereby they gave me a number to call, I did the prompts but it keeps just asking me to enter the number, this is unacceptable that we cannot get assisted to cancel his contract.
I applied online for LTE and was told that they cannot help me because my ID number according to their records is "Possible Fraud" I want this matter rectified immediately and to remove my ID number from the Credit Beauro! I have zero accounts with Telkom.
