Very unprofessional. 3 weeks after ordering I am the one who has to keep following up, they gave me a fake tracking number, and when I called them out in it they said they were out of stock
Even though I have used Taxify before, it's like every time I ride they think I'm a new user. I have been charged an authorization fee twice, in addition to the actual trip fee, on two different rides, and I was told this would be refunded to my account. I have still not received my money back despite numerous emails to customer service. After they said they will look into this, they have stopped responding. Terrible service! I have been ripped off and am now being completely ignored by customer "service".
The service is terrible, I'd give 0 stars if I could. Customer service centre are clueless, and claim not to have any way to contact their own courier delivery sites. There is no way to follow up on a delivery which has not arrived as they just tell you it's on it's way but refuse to contact courier. No feedback on emails. All in all, a kak service offering.
I received numerous emails offering a promotion whereby I can pick 10 products and get 10% off with each purchase. I bought 2 of the products and did not receive the discount. I have emailed customer care so many times to ask for feedback on my query.. They do not respond and have absolutely no follow up to customer queries. I followed up myself (twice via the contact form in their website and twice via their social media on Facebook, but they have still not contacted me or resolved the query which I originally opened on 08/03. <br> Very disappointing lack of urgency or feedback from customer query! <br>
