Iv been waiting for installation that blitz fibre called me for last week and arranged time and date which is today at 8am, it’s now 9:37am, no one is here and no one bothered to call with an update, Iv called their offices a million times this morning and now they’ve ended up killing my call….iv missed work this morning because of this and the least they can do is answer their phone and tell me what’s happening 😤😡
I am extremely disappointed by the service I received from #cartrack. I had a trade in of my old vehicle to a new one end of June, called them to remove the unit from the old vehicle and place it on my new vehicle, made an appointment for the removal on the 4th July which was done, called and made another appointment to reconnect to the new vehicle and they told me that they are fully booked and will have an opening on the 8th July, I got a message that a Alucias Khumalo would be my technician and he will arrive at 14:30, that didn’t happen, he didn’t even bother to call to say he won’t make it, till today 23rd July I do not have a tracking unit in my car yet they debited their full installment beginning of the month and re-installation fee. I am disgusted by their service and want nothing to do with them. #Cartrack
Today I sent in my car for a service, was informed to bring it any time between 6:30 and 9:00am, I arrived there at 7:35am, they took it in which was all well, my biggest problem started when an sms was sent to me saying my car will be ready at 15:30pm and a driver will be sent to me to collect me, at 16:00pm I still wasn’t picked up and when I called the service department to speak to the lady that was dealing with my car Christa Nkosi she said the driver is on the way, 30 min later there’s no driver, I call the service department only to find that no one is answering any of their lines, I then decided to call Elize Lombaard the lady that sold me my car and only then did I get help, Christa said to me that the driver’s phone is off but he is on his way to me, I mean really how will he get ahold of me if his phone is off? The driver called me at 16:45pm saying he’s outside mind you the service department closes at 5pm now I must be rushed there to collect my car. I experienced the worst service ever, when I arrived there there were 5 other customers waiting to collect their cars and no one had the decency to apologize for the horrific experience I had not even Christa herself. I will not recommend Toyota Boksburg to any one I know!
I'd like to convey how unhappy I am with your service, I have a retirement annuity plan that matured on the 1 December 2015. I went to several branches where I was told that I should leave my details and a broker will contact me to discuss the payment because they don't deal with those plans, Iv been waiting for the call ever since then, today is the 20th of January and still nothing, this is my money and I feel I shouldn't have to beg or wait to access it. The system you use is pathetic and I will be advising all my family members and friends as well as colleagues not to do any business with you in future. I'm very disappointed and unhappy because iv been a very loyal client to old mutual ever since I started working and this the thank you I get, wow
