The company looks impressive on the surface , but it doesn't take very long to find out it appears to be run by divas who have zero tolerance for clarifications they deem as redundant. Not at all considering that their response would otherwise save one time in researching especially when their sale clock is counting down. The manner in which they deal with potential customers, which I definitely would have been is one of the most unprofessional I have ever experienced. it makes me wonder how bad it must be if one has actually signed up. I read another review from someone else who got banned from their Facebook group for no reason. And i can believe it. I have no doubt that word will get around that their support team are a POS and it will eventually bite them when another company offers the same but with less **** like behaviour. My advice is that they hire better staff and don't feed them soya milk cos its making them very intolerant and emotional. Very disappointed as their business did actually look good from first impression Extremely relieved that I didn't sign up.
Every year trying to organise an AGM with our managing agents is an ordeal, I have to continually ask and ask. This year is no exception: I have requested 5 times for an AGM, I get no response, nor apology. I thought that when IHFM rebranded itself as SAPROPERTY that these issues would be resolved, but it appears to have potentially gotten even worse in this regard. When it comes to small tasks or accounting they are not bad , but larger more complex issues appear to be too much for them to focus on as the fact that our building is fairly small it seems we are often overlooked.
Be very careful with this builder, I have had to chase him to finish a job for over a month. He let me down several times and still has not returned my property key, it appears he does not want to be inconvenienced in the slightest and once he has his money (which he demands very quickly) you will find it very difficult to get anything out of him afterward. My advice is to stear clear of him. while he appears to be a nice guy and good businessman and his workmanship is not to bad he is unfortunately not the man he presents himself to be and will inevitably waste your time. Whatever you do do not pay this guy until you have everything you need from him
This is the cause of a culmination of ongoing frustration with IHFM and their "managing agents" over the years. While I wont say they are 100% ineffective I will put there effective rating around the 60% mark for the following reasons. 1) Failure to consistently follow up on emails sent to them. 2) Managing Agents becoming stubborn horses when there inability to deliver consistantly is pointed out to them . 3) The Managing Director / Owner doesn't consistently follow up on complaints posed to the above. 4) IHFM unable to resolve or negotiate "complex " scenarios pertaining to legal rights of co-owners regarding common areas. 5) Not aware of or chasing up and resolving levies not being paid. 6) Being treated live a small customer. Unless something drastic happens wit their service we will be leaving them asap.
I have just recently signed up to cell C and so far its been not good The phone used R150 of my airtime as data , which has never happened before . then i loaded on 200MB of data and it was gone in 20 minutes. I was not doing anything major on my phone. iCloud back up is turned off , roaming is turned off. wifi assist is off . i called the call center and the first agent , pretended there was line disturbance and cut the call .. The 2nd time i called I was told I have to wait till the end of the month for a data report ... Which means that what ever the issue is it will only be resolved in 2 weeks time , can you imagine how much data I will have to load on to make it till the end of the month This is leaving a very bad taste as I have just joined cell C , depsite their bad reputation is still did it ... So I want an explanation for what the hell is going on here, because I have never had this issue before
My Internet has been down for over a week and I have received no updates whatsoever<br> <br> This is very bad service
