I have been trying to cancel a contract with Vodacom for months! Vodacom branches tell me to phone a number. The automated service says that it will be confirmed, but it just never happens. PLEASE ANYONE HELP!!!!
I feel a compelling responsibility to warn the community against this service. After removing a precious plant from my property, which the family have nurtured for years, I was left with additional damage to my house of over R1000. I consider myself a fair, responsible and level headed person. I was really taken back by the extreme arrogance of Elmarie Nortje from Oak Tree Garden Services. She simply refused any responsibility for the incident, cancelled her services and walked away!! After a discussion with my family, we feel that we have a responsibility towards the community to protect them against similar incidents. In the meantime, if you are making use of this service, please make sure that you do not leave them unattended under any circumstance.

A few things that Wantitall will not do for you: They will not deliver the right item! They will not refund you! They will not answer their phones or your queries! STAY AWAY!!!!
My home ADSL connection from Telkom have repeatedly failed over the last 5 months. The data connection has now been down for 7 days. My service provider Vox Telecom have made numerous attempts on my behalf to correct this problem without success. A Telkom technician arrived at my premised today and according to my family, declared that the problem as resolved. The problem is obviously not resolved and Vox telecom tested the line to confirm that the line was still down. Attempts to get the technician back to the site is a senseless exercise. As a IT manager, I find it extremely frustrating that NO SIGNLE PERSON AT TELKOM that I have communicated with seems competent to resolve this issue. HOW IS T HIS POSSIBLE!!!!!<br> The level of incompetence from Telkom ADSL support is epic!
