Steer away from this company, their business model is to help you with debt where they in fact go and use their supplier services and dispute the debit orders after using the service. STAY AWAY, if that is how they treat suppliers, just think how badly they will treat you.
I would steer away from this doctor as he does not pay for services he signs up for. This is a clear indication of how he operates and not a good sign as the type of doctor he is.
Ackermans online click and collect is a ****. I have ordered clothing for my baby more than 2 weeks ago. It said shipping from some dodgey international shipping company with no contact details and the package came from Durban on the 17th, to date NOTHING at the actual store. I am trying to charge back this transaction as I have received NOTHING for what I paid for.
I have had the displeasure of dealing with ABSA's business division. The sales department is wonderful, but every other department - compliance, technical and the actual bankers were horrific. Pravesh Lachman was good in selling the solution, but when it came to execution by these other 3 departments that included Netta Buchanan the Banker, Michael Wessels and team and Rufus Louw and team, things literally started falling apart. These people are never at work, they don't bother to give you proper feedback, they cost my business a lot of money as they never communicated things upfront and made me and my team invest a alot of time and resources into their solution and couldn't give a care in this world. I have dealt with a lot of banking individuals and I have never had such a bad experience in my life, pathetic. All business owners, steer away from this bank, they will just waste your time.
Beware the owner of this company (Dexter Manzana) is a scamster and a fraud. He takes previous member details and fakes debit order mandates to perform debit order payments on the specific accounts for clients who never signed a debit order mandate in the first place. Never give him your banking details.
I placed an order on Monday (19/01/2016) for a birthday gift to be delivered on 20/01/2016 which just was not delivered (with no reasons attached).<br> <br> When I called the next morning the guy could still give not reason as to why it wasn't delivered and all he could say it wasn't delivered and they said they tried to contact me (which they never did).<br> <br> Then, I told him so what do you do when customers are not happy with your service - his response was we only say sorry and that is all we can do.<br> <br> This is the worst company ito service delivery, they muck it up and won't even try and keep the customer happy to come back a second time.<br> <br> I will NEVER use them for anything else ever again.<br> <br>
