Hennie's Rustenburg incompetent chef and waitress
1st visit Tbone raw. 2nd visit Tbone perfect to the T. 3rd visit as poor as the first. Ernest the manager, knew about the first incident. Have they learned to cook, no! Stil incompetent chef and waitress.

Satisfied Dischem customer
The manager, Claressa van der Walt, at Dischem, Waterfall Mall, Rustenburg, really went out of her way in assisting me to solve a problem to swop a shaver. She was friendly and displayed a high level of competence.

Absa contracts work against card division.
****ha McNeill at Card operations has helped me by giving outstanding service and walked the extra mile. My card was about to expire, I have signed the contract, returned to Absa contracts department and nothing happened. I then received sms's stating my card will expire. Then I was inform ABSA did not get my contract. ****ha ran with this challenge and resolved the card delivery. ****ha thanks a mil!! I am now one happy customer.

Great assistance at BWH
At Builder's Warehouse, Rustenburg, I have received excellent service from a lady, Mpho. I had a mishap and she assisted me, through the camera team and resolved my problem. Previously she assisted with builders card and having no hassles, I was on my way a happy and contented customer. I believe she is in training and once completed the training, she will be a great asset to BWH.

Outstanding persistent service MTN
Received good service at MTN from Messers Molebogeng Moabi and in support, Marvin. They portrayed good customer care and persistent service to guide me to obtain a number on a data SIM, how to load data with a voucher number and how to action the Password on a LTE router. Thanks once mopre.

Dis-chem Beatie de Gouveia, champion
Today, out of the blue, I have received a call from Dis-chem Head office, Beatie de Gouveia, reminding me that my prescription has expired; concerned about my well-being. Asking have I been attending to it and have my prescription updated. All the years, I am the one reminding persons to update, etc. Never has this happened to me from a pharmacy. Yeah technology and ..... Dis-Chem treats me well in and out of the shop. Thank you for being a great company and employing competent people(your greatest asset). Special thanks to Ma'am Beatie, you are star.

Pleased Customer
At Absa, Rustenburg, a lady phoned me explaining a specific product, which they have now on the market. If she did not speak so gently and to the point, I would have said no to tele marketing. She explained, close the deal and I thought long last have I been treated with respect, confidence and above all COMPETENCE. She is Elsabe du Plessis and please convey my gratitude to her. Once more, thanks a mil to have such a person in your employ.

Telkom, O Telkom; why??
During October 2017, I cancelled my ADSL and voice line. After repeated calls, finally the ADSL stopped, but the voice line carries on. I receive invoices and thought it is the last carry overs. However, I then stopped payments. I still receive invoices and as a non payer my line is still open and not cut off. At present this line is is not used, but the rental builds up. As a good citizen, I went to the Rustenburg mall, Telkom shop, and asked guidance and /or advise and they stated bluntly they could not help! I got up and walked out knowingly I deal with a useless company and people who can not help as the company employs useless people to suit the company name... Still not resolved. Maybe I should go the cell c banner way??

These Sharks are not rugby
I bought 2x windscreen wipers for my Fortuner early February 2018, Champions, for R136.00. after use for 1 month it vibrates over the screen. During my complaint they could not replace the wipers. They did not even went out of the shop to walk 6 metres to look at the wipers operation. Comparison: Toyota wipers approx. R350.00 per set and last 4 years. Willie's Spares R136 x 4years (48 months) = R6 528.00. They have contracts with the local Mines and therefore being fat cat and not interested in the local individual. I will NEVER go to Willie's Spares again.
