I have a loan with Capitec, and since the inception of this loan, I have never received any statements. On 16 July 2025, I visited a branch to enquire about my loan. It was only today that I discovered I have been charged R543.49 monthly for debt insurance. I was never informed about this insurance, I did not request it, and the amount being charged is unreasonably high. I hereby request the immediate cancellation of this insurance. Furthermore, I demand that all the payments made towards this insurance be refunded and credited directly to my loan account. It is deeply concerning that I have not received a single loan statement since 2022. Had I been receiving statements, I would have noticed this charge much earlier. This lack of transparency feels exploitative, and I am extremely disappointed. I expect urgent feedback and resolution on this matter.
On the 1st February my sister transferred R500 from her account into my mo account. I was charged R100 honour fee. What that money for?? I feel it's a reap off. That made my account to be overdrawn. Please explain why I was charged so much money.
I had a contract with Vodacom which was cancelled. All documents sent and payment done. I have been getting phone call and SMS's from VVM Debt collectors. on the 16 July 2024, I received a call from Mohali from Vodacom. Mohali checked my account and noticed that Vodacom have mistakenly billed me for June 2024. My account was cancelled on the 30 May 2024. It looks like Vodacom did not advice Accounts Department of my cancellation. Mohali promised to contact Accounts Department to request a Credit transfer. He gave me a ref number:- 5-36124419034620. This morning I received a message from VVM Debt Collectors that I still owe R130-06. I request that they advice VVM and update that I have fully paid what was due to Vodacom. I am tired of attending to this query, it has been going on for too long. It's really frustrating and it will give me a negative credit listing. I request that this be attended to and closed. It's really irritating.

Can they stop calling me for collections? This is frustrating and irritating.
I had a contract with Vodacom which was cancelled on May 30, 2024. I have paid all the outstanding amounts that I owed. I had received an estimate for R647.51 and paid R365.00. I received confirmation from Vodacom that my contract has been cancelled and my number is now on pre-paid. However, I am being harassed by a company called VVM, which is calling me to collect money that I supposedly owe to Vodacom. I have a confirmation letter from Vodacom stating that my contract has been cancelled. Can Vodacom please inform VVM that I do not owe them anything and request that they stop calling me? It is unfair that I am still receiving such phone calls when my account is settled with Vodacom.

I had a month to month subscription with RAIN for WIFI. I was paying for more than six months but I was not getting proper connection to my property. They came few times to check what was the problem but they could not help. Eventually i cancelled/terminated in writing with them because of NON CONNECTION TO MY PROPERTY. I paid each and every cent that was outstanding and Rain arranged to come and collect the unit from my house. Last night I received a message from NuDebt to say that I owe them. I need to contact them. Why must I get this message after ONE YEAR of cancellation?? According to my records I don't owe anything to Rain including their unit which was returned. RAIN MUST check your records and update them accordingly. I don't RAIN ANY MONIES TO THEM.
I have wrote to Old mutual regarding outstanding Premium Holiday payment. I am still waiting for the response. The last message i have received, is that you are doing investigation. Please advice the outcome of the investigation.
I had a policy with Old mutual. I had app**** for a PREMIUM HOLIDAY which was approved. Since I have app**** for the service. I have not had any payment. During the process, Ms Johanna Mkhwa**** who was insured in the policy passed on. I even claimed for the funeral. My query is that WHY I WAS NOT PAID FOR THE MONEY FOR PREMIUM THAT was deducted from my salary. The consultant told me that it takes about 30 days money will be credited into my Bidvest account. Until today money was not paid into my account.
I am struggling to cancel my contract with Vodadom. I have the settlement figure which I have signed and paid. I have attached the required document send send it to earlycancellations@vodacom.co.za. I have called several times and e-mailed more than 20 times, my e-mail is being read but I don't get confirmation that my account will be cancelled. Instead I get a message to say that it's unsuccessful. I have attached the relevant documents but I am not getting the reference number. When I call, the call centre I am being directed to retentions department. I don't want ANY CONTRACT ANYMORE. I WANT TO CANCEL THIS ONE AS I NO LONGER NEED VODACOM SERVICES. HOW MANY TIMES MUST I FORWARD THE E-MAIL?? THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING. I AM SPENDING SO MUCH TIME REPEATING ONE AND THE SAME THING. PLEASE CANCEL MY CONTRACT.
