On the 30/04/2024 I took my car for a service at Mercedes Benz Centurion, only for 2 weeks later the car has run out of oil and it had to be refilled. Yesterday my car was losing power, I called a Mechanic and when he checked the car, He found the dirty diesel filter and air filter which shows the car was not serviced at all. I just paid for nothing.

I am not happy with the service that i received from momentum after paying my monthly premiums on a monthly basis, i informed my financial adviser that i want to cancel my policy, only to be told that i cannot have access to my money even though i have cancelled because my account is in restricted period which i was not made aware of when i joined.
I called the call center 808 and asked that you send me itemized billing for Oct/Nov 2015 and it seems you just not interested in giving feedback. i keep on calling and asking the same thing over and over but still no response.<br> i wont be renewing by contract when it comes to an end.
