I made a purchase on Thursday 19 June. The purchase was confirmed, however there were no courier details confirmed. To date, I have been making follow ups on email and WhatsApp with no responses. Its over a month and never recieved any of my items or even a email back Very disappointing!
Worse company to deal with , never reply yo messages or answer they line , I am currently dealing with Andile , as the lady Sibongile i use to deal with left the company , i cancelled my contract with them 3 months ago and they still debitted me , i am trying to get them to reverse my money and no one picks up
I am having such a hard time with this company , expected them yo be better than debt busters , its 3 months gone and i have attorneys calling me and companies as they accounts team has not contacted any of my creditors to make arrangement's , i had to get them statement , actually do all the admin work and still 3 months later nothing is being done , but they quick to debit me , no one replies to emails or even return phone calls , been sending emails to the info email and also a lady named iham who doesnt help , Need someone to act on this fast

I am totally disgusted with the manner in which the staff are unaware of what is going on I choose a same day delivery and after check out once my money was taken, I receive and invoice stating delivery changed to the 14 May not even in my consent. I demand a full refund and also to be compensated for this as we just had a baby boy and was sending a gift from his grandparents. I have spoken to Sanjay and few others who did mention that if it states on the website delivery is for today it will be delivered. When i asked Sanjay i want immediate refund was advised nothing can be done and i need to wait 3 to 10 working days , This isn't my fault and Netflorist will be reported for not being honest on the website or to they clients. Website is not even correct. I have Requested Sanjay to speak to a manager and was refused as he is not aloud to give out numbers and cant transfer me to someone senior I want feedback today and a full refund and to be compensated by close of business today
<p>I ordered an item for my sisters 21st birthday, Order number ********** 79, which was supposed to delievered, on the 15th febrauary, driver claimed no1 with that name worked at the building and left, didnt contact myself or the person recieveing item. i spoke to Thaboko Mzimnde , Ryan and Lavono, none f them could assist however Thaboko agreed delivery at my residence for the day before 7pm , when contacted again at 5pm another story was given, spoke to a manager Dali Silolo who said they will do deliver next day and send an apology gift before 12pm, now 11:44am and its not even out for delivery. another Manager Shaun Willskut said that he will try and sort the delivery........... what a waste of service from netflorist and i ahve been using them for years .... YOURLL LOST A LOYAL CLIENT </p>
