I ordered food online last week and 7 items was not delivered. I emailed 3 times, phoned 3 times. I sent a scan of the dispatch note, the driver also sent it on that day. The phone lines are so bad you can't hear the other person. I paid for these items and haven't received a refund. I've used this service many times before and never had an issue. But for me this is an expensive issue.
Does it exist? Could be a **** partner of Vital- Essence as they use this courier and they cant be contacted. I never received my parcel.
Absolutely ****mer! I never received my order even though the courier says I did. The courier, Whatsship, can't be contacted. I even paid more for secure shipping. Stay far away from this place!
After my initial complaint and review here, they eventually refunded me for the missing items. Just a pity this is what it took.
I ordered calming tablets for my cats, everything was fine until I opened the box and saw a packet of treats, which I did not order and a message written on the bottom of the box explaining that the packet with the tablets in is damaged and that is why they packet kn the treats too. I thought "what a nice gesture!" But then I opened the packet with the tablets and there were 1 blister of 10 tablets missing, it is supposed to contain 30 tablets, 3 blister packs of 10 each. So I let them know, send images of everything, a response saying they are waiting for head office and then nothing. This was expensive, almost R600 a packet, that means that not getting 10 tablets is a loss of almost R200. But what is worse is that they are now completely ignoring me.
After I lodged a complaint about Gerhard at Telkom Tygervalley, he contacted me and my upgrade was sorted out within 3 days.<br> I have to clarify as well that the problem is with Telkom and their inability to provide sufficient products and /or data. Giving out catalogues with products and deal which they cannot provide.
At the Telkom Tygervalley branch I was reluctantly helped by a man called Gerrit. He at first didn't want to help with an upgrade and I surmised that it is because they don't have stock, even if on that day a new booklet came out with new deals. So I was phoned once to ask me if they could change something on the upgrade and nothing again. It has been four weeks. Try calling on the telephone number for the store and no one ever answers. So I call 081180 only to learn that nothing is logged on my account, nothing is even in progress! This is the worst service I have ever received in thia country. Don't even get me started on the ADSL line.
