No communication, over 24hrs now after reporting connection issues, they don't pick up calls
Horrible service ever, they don't care about their customers except for their money. They don't answer calls , they don't respond to emails, they dint show up. If you're looking for fibre network contract, NEVER contract with them. These are the worst and horrible service providers I've dealt with. They'd completely IGNORE you, the entire day in an urgent situation
I have lost my WiFi connection on Friday, I reported via email to hi-tech no response was received. On Saturday I called on numerous occasions, and after waiting for a very long time the phone was answered by a gentleman it was around 10 or 11 am. He promised me that the technician will come and restore my WiFi but nobody came. Sunday morning I called around 9h30, no one picked up the call for hours of waiting. If you need WiFi connection in your house never go for this company, their service is HORRIBLE. They are so quick to switch off your WiFi if you forgot to forward payment but whrn they need to resolve issue.they are nowhere to be found. I am looking for a reliable service provider.
I have been sent from pillar to post since the beginning of December 2021 regarding the transfer of funds from my late Father's money account. No one is willing to help me, I submitted all required documentation including Letter of Authority and nothing is outstanding at Bayside Mall Branch, Old mutual staff that i spoke to confirmed verbally that all documents were received. However, I haven't received any communication regarding the matter not even an sms to acknowledge receipt of the documents. I have spoken to different people both in the Head Office and Bayside Mall branch no one knows what's happening with the matter. I have been given different reference numbers. I have been following via calls daily, going to the branch whenever I have a chance but I'm always referred elsewhere, without help! I was informed by Head office people that the matter is escalated to the manager and cos they don't understand what is holding up release of money, inspite of the documents submitted. They confirmed all required documents are submitted but they also don't know why the matter hasn't been processed further. Has this money been stolen or what. I need explanation of what transpired as I was informed that it should take up to 14 working days to have it transferred

Sun Diverse Group Manufacturer of Gamazin, Glamor Coat & Paint. Dont use their services, they suck. Ordered a stock of 40 glamour coat multi Grey color and all I got was a dull brown color, I didn't ask for. Too expensive for their unprofessionalism and negligence. The only thing i got is a mere apology that doesn't take away your unsatisfaction and costs incurred. By the way I left all reasonable manufacturers in kzn for color I wanted, only to get a delivery of color I would have find in kzn if I wanted to. They don't say no when they don't have stock, they'll rather sell you incorrect color! Unprofessional service, and so unethical! I strongly do not recommend them!
Igrow bad service Hi. Its been a year since I purchased property via igrow. All units in complex I'm staying have bee registered at the deeds office except mine. I have been constantly following up with attorneys and I'm told same story that a developer need to produce for transfer to take place. Nobody cares to resolve the matter, dealing with igrow is really frustrating! They have no respect for their clients or maybe it depends "who you are" .

Hi,<br> I am insured by iWYZE insurers for my car. I had car accident early December last year and iWYZE recommended that I take my car to Meverick Panelbeaters in Richards Bay, KZN. I left my car with panelbeaters on the 04th of December 2015. Until today they have no sound explanation as to why are they keeping my car with them. They informed me that they are waiting for authorization to get some parts. I mean, its a Toyota vehicle and can not drag this long cos part are procured locally. I do not understand why iWYZE recommends such a BAD SERVICE PROVIDER for their valued clients. employees have stinking attitude and have no knowledge of what is happening at Maverick, manager is not accessible at all. I mean why am I not allowed to speak to the manager if I'm unsatisfied about service?
