I booked my car in for its service on a Monday, including extra work to be done on a car door handle (had to be pulled twice to open). I was not phoned by my service technician and only contact was by the driver for pick-up times. When i arrived I was told that the car door lock was ordered and I would have to be back on Thursday.<br> I arrive on Thursday, the new lock is fitted and all is well. The following night (in front of a sign warning the area was prone to hijackings) my car door unlocks. It continues to do so (whether locked manually or not) and can only be locked under 20km/h or when the car is parked. I phone on Saturday and Rivonia has no mechanics on premises to assist.<br> My only next available time to visit VW was the following Thursday as it was highly inconvenient to visit a THIRD time. I wait for 2 hours only to be told that a part has to be ordered from GERMANY because it is VIN specific and will only arrive in 10 days. I complained via Email only to be told the same thing once again. I then find out that all VW parts are locally manufactured and the part has been replaced within a day at VW Hatfield. <br> I dealt with Willem, Mandla and Lee-Ann. (mechanic unknown).
I ordered a birthday gift online TWO days in advance, paid the next day. The driver on the day of delivery phoned the receiver of the gift (ruined surprise) for the address, clearly written on the online form. Does not deliver and I receive a failed delivery email. It is booked for the afternoon delivery and does not arrive, despite me giving and spelling out the address to the driver THREE times. I wasted R50 airtime on the phone to NetFlorist and their driver. I sent a complaint to their email and demand a refund, which I am told will be done in 3-7 working days and they claim the driver only received the address at 5. Untrue. They deliver the parcel 4 working days after the birthday and I receive no word back from Netflorist. So not only did they fail to deliver on time, they took no blame, proceeded to deliver a gift I no longer wanted delivered and then ignore me. I had already bought another gift and delivered it myself. Their incompetency cost me twice the amount it should have, excluding their delivery fee and the airtime used to phone the company to correct their inability to live up to their promise. I will never use this brand again. Incompetent.
