This is for animal lovers out there!!! The service i received from this company was absolutely shocking!!! All promises and lies as I had to hound them, chase them or remind them to send me information and when i did get information it was incorrect and i incurred additional expenses due to this. I am flying my 2 pekingnese to Australia and due to them being categorised as snub noses they are only permitted to fly during certain times of the year and snub noses are not permitted to fly after the 30th April to Dubai due to the humidity and their breathing problems. I highlighted the fact that my boy has asthma but we were quoted this route to Dubai - to me this is just negligent!! I paid my deposit on the 7th January 2019 and cancelled on the 28th January 2019 as the trust i instilled in them was completely shattered as no work had been done on my account as i later discovered by making a few phone calls. I have also spoken to a few past customers who experienced bad experiences. Now my problem lies with my deposit being paid and they refuse / are taking their time to reimburse me and now i get informed that they will pay me back what they think they feel i am entitled to which i feel is unfair due to absolutely no work being done on this as we made 99% of the contact to try get information out of them - which most was unreliable. I would like to see a company registration number as this does not appear on any website nor, quotations or invoice (not vat number either). All this is so unneccesary so instead of reimbursing me they prefer to have reviews like this exposing them to loss of business which will be more than my deposit owed. I want my deposit back in full or i am going to post a review on every legitimate site to warn others.
I signed up with Dotsure as they quoted the most competitive premiums in the market however i am absolutely disgusted with their service!! 1. They debited my account 2 months in a row for a package which i did not agree to. They phoned me back and informed me that i did agree as per the audio recording which obviously i disputed. They promised to send this audio so i could confirm and nothing received. I sent an email requesting this audio on the 4th August and still nothing. Yesterday 28th August i sent yet another email requesting this audio and the response was they will audit the recording and submit it to me. Audit? Really? Again? Why? 2. This morning 29th August i receive notification from my bank reflecting that R1187 has been debited from my account!!! My premium is half this amount! Why would they debit my account with no authorisation for amounts over my premiums and why not inform a customer that their will be a double debit going off and explain what this is for???? This is truly shocking 3. Customer service is about listening to a customers needs and wants and trying to fulfill this however due to my line of work i have requested from day one that i will only entertain emails as i cannot take calls. Even after explaining this in many emails back and forth they still insist on phoning!!! Makes me wonder of they even read emails. And this is not just one missed call i get but dozens relating to my query. I firmly believe they prefer to call so customers dont have written evidence to back them up should this matter go further 4. Upon signing up i was messed around with regards to the netstar tracker being installed in my vehicle. Either their times were messed up,they call at the last minute to make an appointment even after requesting 24 hours notice or they are a no show even after i take off work early to accomodate. They did not even have the decency to inform me they cannot make it. Their excuse.....they did not have my address. 5. Also a very clever move, they inform a customer that should they cancel their policy with Dotsure the customer will be responsible for the monthly payment to the tracker company. So a customer is locked in and has to bare this shocking service??? Mind you the tracker is also faulty as i get calls asking if i have been in an accident which i have not or if my vehicle has been stolen when its parked safely at my premises!!! Should i not receive my audio today and have a reverse debit on my account made today i will be posting on every platform regarding my disappointments
I PLACED AN ORDER FOR BLACK FRIDAY, PAID MY ORDER VIA CREDIT CARD AND WAITED FOR DELIVERY THEREOF. A DAY BEFORE MY DELIVERY WAS DUE I WAS INFORMED THE ONE ITEM I WANTED WAS OUT OF STOCK!! I INFORMED THEM TO CANCEL MY ORDER AS THIS WAS THE SPECIFIC ITEM I MADE THE PURCHASE FOR. THEY PROCEEDED TO STILL DELIVERY THE ORDER A FEW DAYS AFTER DUE DATE WHICH I SENT BACK. I SENT AN EMAIL IN NOVEMBER REQUESTING MY REFUND WHICH WAS NOT RESPONDED TO, I SENT AN EMAIL EVERY 2 WEEKS AND STILL NO ANSWER. PLEASE BARE IN MIND I USED MY CREDIT CARD AND FOR THE AMOUNT I PURCHASED FOR, I AM RELIABLE FOR THE INTEREST THEREOF!! I EVENTUALLY SPOKE TO A THANDI 3 WEEKS AGO PROMISING MY REFUND WILL TAKE PLACE WITHIN 48 HOURS-NOTHING!! I THEN CALLED BACK AND SPOKE TO A EUGENE AND HE SENT ME AN EMAIL STATING "GOOD NEWS YOUR REFUND IS BEING PROCESSED" - THE VERY NEXT DAY I GET AN EMAIL ASKING ME TO RATE THEIR SERVICE??? REALLY???? 3 WEEKS AFTER EUGENES EMAIL I PHONED YET AGAIN, PLEASE ALSO NOTE IT IS MY CELL PHONE BILL COST GOING UP DUE TO THEIR BAD SERVICE AND BROKEN PROMISE!! YESTERDAY I SPOKE TO A FAHEEM AND HE INVESTIGATED WHY I HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED AND THE REASON BEING THEY DID NOT HAVE MY FULL BANK DETAILS??? REALLY??? THIS COULD HAVE BEEN REVERSED BUT BESIDES THE FACT WHY HAVE THEY NOT ATTEMPTED TO GET HOLD OF ME TO CONFIRM MY BANKING DETAILS??? I GET SENT AN EMAIL YESTERDAY ASKING FOR ALL DETAILS INCLUDING THE ORDER NUMBER AND THE AMOUNT DUE - SERIOUSLY HOW DO THEY RUN A BUSINESS IF THEY DO NOT HAVE THIS INFO ON THEIR SYSTEM??? I INFORMED FAHEEM I WILL BE PUBLISHING THEIR BAD SERVICE ALL OVER THE MEDIA IF MY REFUND WAS NOT IN MY BANK BY COB YESTERDAY. STILL NOTHING!!! I CALLED THE CENTRE AGAIN TODAY AND HAD A VERY ARROGANT BLACK MAN - VERY UNHELPFUL SLAM THE PHONE DOWN IN MY EAR WITHOUT ANY RESOLUTION!! I DEMAND A REFUND AND I WILL BE INFORMING THE PUBLIC ON EVERY MEDIA PLATFORM OF THE BAD SERVICE AND THEFT OF MY REFUND. ALL THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF IT WAS PAID AND I DID NOT HAVE THE PHONE THROWN DOWN IN MY EAR!!!!
I applied online mid December 2015 to order a new cell phone plus data bundle however I did not hear back from Telkom in the time period stated on their website in which they will return calls. Due to no contact at all I purchased a cell phone else where. On the 8 February 2016 I had a consultant call me during work hours and kept me on the phone for 30mins taking me details etc - it would have been polite to have requested a convenient time but never the less I informed her I no longer require the cell phone as I now have one but am interested in a tablet. after all my info was taken down etc she informed me that delivery is between 3 - 7 days and that my account will be debited before delivery. I have had no feedback, nor have I been contacted again and neither has any debit gone off my account. According to my calculations delivery should either today or Monday the latest but what about my debit? <br> <br> I just find their service absolutely shocking! I have never had a service provider return a call after 2 months and now make me wait again for feedback etc. <br> <br> By looking at all the complaints by customers on hellopeter I cannot believe the CPA has not stepped in to assist!
