Really shoddy work done on my oven. Charged me R3k to fix a sensor and a switch because I did not have another option. Now the settings on the oven don't work and they got no time to return and fix. We have had no consistent connection in Pretoria Faerie Glen since 8 days ago. Despite multiple escalations and multiple technicians, openserve seems technically *********** to resolve their own issues. I would like to to urge all Openserve customers in the area to ask for refund. They also seem to be the only service provider in the area which explains why they don't seem to care too much. To the competition in the market - Seriously consider Pretoria urgently. There is a full market that will never go back to Telkom or Openserve provided another suitable option. They are only good at ruining relationships and losing their customers for life.
I have been complaining to the AlwaysOn Support team that money has been deducted from my account on the 10th February while no data package has been allocated. I have only had one response on the 12th February asking for the account details - followed by which there is no action whatsoever. This is unethical and unprofessional behaviour - the fact that money has been deducted and service has not been provided. My request to refund the money has also not been answered. Call centre phone calls go unanswered while emails are ignored. Barclays should be more careful who they outsource this service to in the future as AlwaysOn is clearly not capable of managing the simplest of customer issues. This would take a phone call or a billing adjustment at best if they are unable to resolve a technical issue - but just hoping that the problem will go away is not the correct attitude.
