Excellent quality of work performed HOWEVER 2 to 3 times priced above market rates for contractors in the industry both in KZN and JHB. A significant issue experienced is a lack of transparency on underlying pricing for work to be performed. The owner Umesh outsources most of his work and doubles / triples the pricing, he also requested additional fees for installing bathroom accessories although he charged c.R15-20k above market pricing available via CTM and other service provider pricing suggesting a form of greed. Please compare this contractors inflated pricing to industry related pricing as you may be paying much more for work performed with limited transparency of the underlying unit pricing.
Unprofessional and unethical sales team at the Izinga development in KZN. Extremely untrustworthy. They wont let you purchase a property and they wont return your deposit.

We purchased an Audi A3 from Tier 2 BMW at the beg of February 2016,<br> <br> The vehicle had a vibration while driving on the highway,<br> BMW promised to fix this vibration.<br> <br> BMW provided a new tire and fixed the buckled wheels.<br> <br> On the day of delivery:<br> <br> 1) Touch up to the front bumper - poor finishing, did not match the colour of the vehicle<br> 2) BMW promised that the 'vibration' of the vehicle was gone,<br> <br> We did not take delivery of the vehicle and waited 3 working days for the bumper to be re-sprayed.<br> <br> We then picked up the vehicle and drove it home, noted that the vibration was still there,<br> We then contacted BMW and they guaranteed us that they will sort out the vehicle,<br> We told them we would like to return the vehicle within our 7 day grace period as per CPA, <br> BMW told us the only booking available they had was in a weeks time,<br> <br> We waited a week, sent the vehicle to BMW, they could NOT fix the vehicle and sent it to Audi, <br> Audi noted that the vehicle has a damaged wheel bearing and we need to wait a week for parts.<br> <br> When I call BMW today to inquire about returning the vehicle, and the Tier 2 manager said we cannot return this vehicle and was rude towards us and his sales team.
