I visited the dealership today 15/08/2023, Time: 11H15. I greeted the first Service Advisor, Isaac at the Service Reception. My request was for a "vehicle history" report from date of purchase to current. I was advised by Isaac that their systems were currently offline. Isaac was very hostile and preoccupied and he asked me to pass by after an hour which was not possible for me. I suggested and asked if he could email or wattsup the report through to me. He did not request my name, but only the vehicle VIN and my cell number. He advised me that he will only look at his phone after an hour or so. I was reasonable to accept and left the dealership. I messaged Isaac at 16h20 questioning if the branch is still offline since earlier and it would have been courteous of him to let me know the same. His response after 10 minutes which was not unreasonable; The dealership had fibre connection issues (broken cable), he further went on and said that, if I felt my wait was too long, then I should contact BMW SA for assistance. (So the Dealership was closed for business today it seems?) The service received today is appalling for being a client that has a simple request for a report history on my personal vehicle that I am entitled to. This request is very important to me because I have a safety concern on my vehicle . Not surprising though this was not the first poor service interaction received at BMW ABM. As "BMW" Service Advisors its in my opinion that they have no customer and people skills, the minimum required to service the front end of a business. As requested by Isaac, I will also write to BMW SA.

Good day. I came in yesterday to look at a vehicle. I received excellent service from Sales Executive, Jaun Johnstone. My experience at BMW Midrand was the best out of all my visits to Premium car brands as well as other BMW dealerships. Jaun definitely lived up to the high expectations that come with the BMW Brand. I will definitely be purchasing a vehicle from Jaun at BMW Midrand and will refer my colleagues and other prospective buyers.

Good day. I came in yesterday to look at a vehicle. I received excellent service from Sales Executive, Jaun Johnstone. I took my 3 series to BMW Midrand for SOS issue and the couldn't repair the issue because the say the warranty will not be covering the repair due to the modification that was done on the roof. Which was done by the previous owner, and had only been driving the car for a month when the issue occured, and they did inspected the car and said it fine before I purchase it from another dealership. Now I just discovered that they took out the Bluetooth and Audio module because they said it's faulty and never put it back as I could afford the repair at that time. Why are they taking my old parts if they don't cover the new, and I asked the to reinstall everything the why it was and they are ignoring. I have sent Beverly an email in May and she never replied.

The best BMW dealership I have ever experienced. I’m now on my 7th BMW and Autobavaria is definitely the best. Especially Anthony. He is the best car salesman I ever met. His level of commitment to his customers is unparalleled. Do yourself a favor and find him as your rep you won’t be sorry.

The best BMW dealership I have ever experienced. I’m now on my 7th BMW and Autobavaria is definitely the best. Especially Anthony. He is the best car salesman I ever met. His level of commitment to his customers is unparalleled. Do yourself a favor and find him as your rep you won’t be sorry.

I would like to recognize JP de Wet from BMW Midrand, Waterfall for his excellent service delivery and friendly customer service. His expert knowledge, going out of his way to satisfy customer requirements and willingness to assist definitely makes him an asset to the BMW group. Having dealt with BMW for more than 10 years, this is the first time that I have come across service like this from any of the parts departments. I trust that this gentleman will be recognized and rewarded for his contribution to the organization.

I wanted to commend BMW Midrand Raye Mogale (Mini Sales Executive) Bangani Msiza & Luke Dreyer on the exceptional service we received with the purchase of our new Mini. The sales staff and sales manager within the BMW 2nd-tier (preowned) department (at AutoBavaria Midrand) are rude, incompetent and do not inspire confidence. The cherry on top was when they increased the price (despite providing an OTP reflecting a lower price). Sales manager Chad seems to be a disgruntled employee who needs to undergo EQ skills.
