These people keep on disappointing I have no choice but take the legal route
Good day As per my telecom on 22 February 2025, with your consultant Seloga Tebogo. We have requested a dash report /footage to process our claim from the insurance, and i was told to expect feedback within 24 hrs. Up till now we have no response as yet. At this stage we have no choice but to proceed with loss of income via the law suit with car track. Your service is offensive.
What a poor customer service I’m writing this complaint after almost a week I’ve been sent from pillar to post by *********** consultants at Cartrack Last week MondayI spoke to Mbuso who promised to come back to me and never. I spoke to koketso on Wednesday who is useless cause she told me I don’t have an account with Cartrack. I spoke to Noma another useless who just said hold on forever until I make another call..I have a Commercial truck that was involved in accident and the insurance require the camera footage of which I can’t access… I was advised that the dbr box needs to be removed and footage done manually My Insurance needs that footage asap to continue with repairs Today on the 20th January 2025 I’m still waiting for the technician to go the truck and help with my request I’m paying for the service of cameras of which I can’t access now and I’m been sending from pillar to post by Cartrack…I hope this matter will be resolved and no other person get to experience this.
We contacted standard banking on 29 April after suspecting that we made a payment to a *****ulent account. And Standardbank notified us that the have retrieved the money. We informed them( bank) that we are not going to open the case; after we found the suspect and confirmed that the money was reversed by standard bank. I continue to make a follow up on when will the reversed amount be reflecting into my account. Till today, the department does not respond to my emails. All I want is my money back since they say it was reversed to my account.

I have applied for a contract with 4 weeks ago, I was assisted by Londiwe Maseko. two weeks later after I made a follow up on the delivery of the phone, I was told that I had to EMAIL my id copy, three weeks later, I had no feed back from the email. 5 days ago, I resent the id copy to the same person with no response. On Monday 19th August, I contacted the call centre, and one consultant said she will ask the person in handling my account to contact me. 20th August, I called again, they say Londiwe is still busy, she will contact me. This is poor customer service and I am disappointed in this lady.
Since online reg was opened in August. I am unable to upload or receive a student number. I always get a promt to say they will get back to me. Now the closing date is on the 11th Sept and no one is contacting me. They say they have my details on system. But unable to provide me with student no.
My Capitec account was blocked by forensic dep. And they said to me it was an instruction from FNB. After FNB contracted me and told me that the matter and investigation were completed on their side, that Capitec must release the block. I still dont find joy or any solutions from.Capitec. Instead they want a copy of my Id. What is that?
My bank account has a hold on it, its been a month and a half. I went in to the branch and was advised that FNB forensic is investigating the money that was transferred to my account. After following that up, the owner of the FNB account who paid me with her FNB account told me that, FNB wanted proof of payment that was in her account. And on the 12 Aug, a lady called Lisa from FNB forensic, advised that they have proof of payment and will remove the hold on my account. Till day, no phone call nothing. My life is on hold by FNB Forensic depart, matter is handled by Lisa..
