Prompt immediate service when my daughter got stuck in the middle of nowhere. Towed her in to town and immediate arrangements were made for getting the car to a service provider on a weekend. Repair approval received within 48 hours no hassles no fuss. A real sense of security for the safety of my daughter.
Upgraded a phone for my daughter on Friday 7 Nov25; when trying to connect to bluetooth in my daughter's car we discovered the bluetooth connection did not work. After taking the car to the dealer to check that the bluetooth was working and did not require an upgrade we then returned to Vodacom Ladysmith with the car and the phone. They were also unable to connect the phone but were able to coneect several other similar phones to the car proving that it is obviously a fault with the phone. The manager of the store blatanlty refused to assist other thatn to tell my daughter to take the phone to a service centre in Jhb where they could test it. My daughter asked if there was a possibility of cancelling the contract and renewing another in order to swap the phone only to be told an emphatic no. My husband returned to the store and was given the same story. On calling customer service I was informed that in fact, I can cancel the contract and then take out another with a new phone because that it their process and this can be done within 14 days.However only I as the account holder can make any changes meaning that my daughter has to travel from Ladysmith to Jhb tomorrow without a phone putting her at risk. Pathetic servive if the manager had not been so obstructive we could have sorted this out today (12 Nov25). Customer services only suggestion is for us to make other arrangements for her to have a phone with her while they follow 'their process'

If it was possible to give no stars I would do so! I ordered goods from the online platform on 09 Nov as Christmas presents. My daughter-in law sent me a screenshot for an item she particularly wanted on 02 Nov 24. In the screenshot it states that the item will take between 9-12 working days. I have since received emails from them informing me that the item is awaited in the first week of December. They tried to tell me that 'I would have seen on the website that the item would take 21-28 days to arrive! On 07 Dec I received another mail from this company informing me that the stock has still not arrived. I cannot see why the item cannot be taken out of one of their stores in order to fulfill an order which was paid for a month ago!
I paid a vendor via Payfast; when goods did not arrive Payfast refunded the money to me
Ordered and paid for 2 items online on 08 Dec2023. Received notification on 12 Dec23 that order was being processed but one item out of stock with the cryptic message 'you won't be charged for it'. To date I do not see a credit on my profile and my emails go unanswered.
Having received authorisation for reconstruction following a mastectomy I am now told by this fund that the procedure is not a PMB condition, and it was elective and therefore they will pay a measly little amount to the surgeon who performed the operation! It is now 2 months since the operation. I have a cancer authorisation number and reconstruction is part of my benefits. There is an amount of R286 825.04 still available in the annual Oncology funds available.
Paying for a new Internet device which was lost somewhere during a move to Port Elizabeth and then back from there to Pretoria. One all boxes were unpacked device was not found. Vodacom insurance decline claim due to 'usage'. No further details given except 'go to store and ask for usage report'
